This is a great 4k tv for those that are trying to transition into the modern smart tv realm. It's easy to navigate through the apps and the remote has dedicated buttons for Netflix, Hulu, and Prime. Picture quality is great and the built-in speakers are actually decent. It does lack some high end features, but is priced accordingly. The only issue I've experienced is that sometimes it takes a few minutes for the tv to recognize my Wi-Fi.

Needed a tv for the wall in bedroom, this was great. Setup was easy. Picture is wonderful. My only complaint is the remote. Wish it lighted up at night. Also, the buttons seem small.

Samsung TV's always have amazing pictures. This TV is no different. Where it disappoints is in the settings. First, it doesn't want to keep the wifi settings. Quite frequently when you turn off the TV.. the wifi settings disappear. You'll find a host of suggestions online but.. really?? Which brings me to the next flaw... it will not download updated firmware. Says it does... but in checking latest version online it confirmed it doesn't work. You can download to a PC, put it on a memory stick and upload to the TV, but again.. really?? All in all.. still a really good TV.. Samsung just needs to tighten up their quality control and testing. Enjoy.

This TV was better than what I expected. I thought the salesman was full of it telling me this was the closest you could get to top performance without paying a fortune. Once I had it installed at home I was blown away. The picture quality is absolutely phenomenal! I could not ask for better quality for the price I paid. I can't recommend thia TV enough.

We wanted a larger TV for our exercise room and this seemed like a good value for the price. I purposely went to the local BB store before purchasing so I could see the set in person as they had one on display. The picture and sound are as expected. My only complaint is the wifi as the connection is inconsistent and was requiring almost daily unplugging from power to reset it. I finally did a quick search and found out this is a common issue. But following the online guidance on how to do a hard reset via the remote control seems to have fixed. Assuming the wifi issue does not reoccur, I am satisfied with the purchase.

Tv has excellent picture and remote is very easy to use. Smart tv allows easy access to Netflix and Amazon movies.

Samsung 55'' LED 7 Series Smart television provides a clear picture, was to easy to set up and program.

I bought this Samsung RU7100 55" series 7 smart TV to replace an aging series 6 55" Samsung from about 6 or 7 years ago. The reason I decided to upgrade was due to the fact that I just recently cut the (cable TV) cord and switched to Hulu with the live TV streaming option. The old series 6 Samsung's smart hub Hulu app didn't support the live TV streaming option. So for that reason, and the fact it was starting to show its age in other areas, help make the decision to upgrade a little easier. The new series 7 works great, has a clear, bright, and crisp picture, and the new smart hub Hulu app supports the live TV streaming option.

We love the TV, great color, easy to see, saves space, Sound is good, adjustments are easy to use.
