Picture quality and is very good. Sound is good and the addition of a sound bar would be an improvement on the volume of this TV. Purchased this tv for my father-in-law's bedroom to watch shows and his religious DVDs. He likes the picture quality and style. It was easy to setup and the remote was easy for him to learn.

I would definitely buy it again. The controller is easier to use than most, but not as simple as a fire stick. The black in the picture is amazingly black. As in there are some video game locations that I only play when I can black out the room. That’s partially a personal settings issue, but something I’m satisfied with because it improves the experience.

It’s not too bright shiny like some of the fancier flatscreens. Just enough. The size is just big enough in an apartment livingroom to feel like you are at the movies. And the bells and whistles of the Samsung programming is nice too. It also comes ready to connect with most of the program apps one might use these days. And it AirPlays easily off my iPhone and iPad and MacBook Pro.
