Bought this TV as an open box item.

Other than that it was perfect. Called best buy and they rectified the situation for me by sending me the missing items. The TV works great. I use it as a spare TV in my home office and for the price I could not beat it. But above all I was impressed at how quickly best buy took care of my issue of the missing parts.

GREAT TV ESPECIALLY FOR THE PRICE

Was always a fan of Samsung but they have always been a bit pricy. Been an LG fan for a long time. But this tv was on sale for as low or lower than an LG so I decided to try! Needless to say I see why Samsung cost more! Love this tv and how everything works always a bit crazy navigating the different screens with the LG. This Samsung is a breeze. Already looking to buy another!! SOON.....

Pretty Good TV

This TV is awesome and has great sound, the picture is crystal clear and the fact that it has Apple TV built-in is even more of a reason for IOS users to purchase it!!....The reason i didn't give it a 5 star review is because i often have to hold down the power button on the remote and re-boot the TV because it loses connection to my Wifi Network and that or unplugging the TV is the only thing that fixes it. An inconvenience but im going to be contacting Samsung support soon to see what the deal is.
