Great picture and sound. Good size and light weight. Great color and HD. Easy setup. Looks great on my wall.

We had high expectations for our new Samsun 55" 4K Smart TV. It's a great addition to our family room. The color is vibrant and even though we don't have in ceiling speakers ... the TV speaker alone works well until we can get a Geek here to install new speakers. Although it's just 30 days old, we're very sure it'll be around for years to come. We especially were impressed with Best Buy's curbside service for pick-up.

I got this new 55" Samsung Smart TV when the picture on my old 50" TV went out and all I had was sound. I had to go to the store and liked the picture quality, color and increased size which at the time was the same price as the same TV in a 50". Setup was fairly easy and I was able to add the Redbox app to the TV to stream. I'm using this mainly with YouTube TV and Netflix but there are a lot of apps that come pre-loaded.

Great picture clarity, easy to use. Great price! Our 55 inch was stolen so we had to find a replacement fast. Live in Texas and finding a replacement around Christmas time was not an easy feat. Best Buy was an hour away but very accommodating with curbside pickup and had availability of products. The UHD is tremendous! Who would have thought! Glad now we had to replace because we love it!

Picture is great and clear. Colors are good. It was easy to set up with my service provider.

Easy to put in the car and get home. Lightweight enough to carry upstairs by myself. Easy set up instructions 1,2,3... picture quality is great, simple to use and navigate. Speakers sound good, but always worth having a supplementary speaker set / surround sound system to get the most sound. Worth every penny.

The quality seems to be good. The actual picture depending on what you're trying to do, takes a little playing around with. Smart tv works perfect. Easy setup.

Our goal was to buy the best 55” tv at a price below $500...this was our selection. The set up is easy, the picture is crystal clear (using AT&T Uverse), and the sound quality is better than expected. The picture is so clear on some shows it makes you feel like you are in the room with the actors. We have watched lots of football as well...the set performs great. Again, for the price, this one is hard to beat.

I initially bought the 50 inch for a very good deal. The picture is very clear. Excellent value for the price. Then I bought the 55 inch larger size for a bedroom and that one too is great for the price. These are my first Samsung TVs and I am very satisfied with the two purchases. The remote takes a little bit of getting used to however once I knew where the buttons were located it was fine.

I originally got an LG in the same class but it didn't support HBO, so I returned it and got this Samsung. Yay, now I can continue my HBO shows. Having a taste of the LG model made me realize this TV is just as great. Easy to use and set up. Great picture, but I sure miss that LG magic remote. The Samsung remote is very plain. It's hard to see at night, the enter button is embedded in the center of the arrows but I often hit the wrong button unless I'm looking carefully at the remote. Ho-hum, not that big of a deal but ohhhh that LG remote was cool.

My dad really loves this TV that I bought him for Christmas! The colors are bright and vibrant, the picture is very sharp and clear. The remote is easy to use-and has buttons for Amazon prime video, Netflix. The apps suit all of his needs, and it's easy to access his emails right on the screen thru the web browser. Thus is perfect for an older user like my dad, and not complicated at all.

Bought this for another bed room, not expecting too much from it.. and I was pleasantly surprised! While watching Netflix, the colors really look crisp, bright and very accurate. The blacks are dark and the brights are bright but crisp. Also, the OS on the TV is very easy to use. If you turn on a game console or amazon fire tv type plugin it will automatically switch to it for you. We also downloaded some apps on the tv (NFL , ESPN) and both worked just fine with no issue. We got this on sale for less than 500 and are very pleased.

I previously had a lesser brand name 4k TV that just quit working one day at random. I went to my local Best Buy to get this for the value to size ratio it offered. I wasn't expecting much as I was underwhelmed with the picture quality of the lesser model I had before. This TV however far exceeded my expectations in regards to picture quality, it is quite stunning actually and the Smart apps functionality of this TV is so excellent, I no longer use my 4k FireStick as the TV's apps are superior and fully functional and has a VUDU app available which the Firestick doesn't and I use this often for my hundreds of movies on that service. This TV has every function that I have a use for and I do use it's more advanced features as I use it on an XBOX as well as a PC. The sound quality is also notable with surprisingly deep bass and good projection quality overall (the sound carries well). I literally have not one complaint about this TV though I could see it's inclusion of only 3 HDMI inputs being a drawback for some, but isn't for me after eliminating the firestick. I only mention it in hopes that someone interested in this TV could take this in to consideration for their entertainment system's needs.

Great picture. Easy to use. Great quality for the price

After being unable to locate anyone able to repair a Sony WEGA projection TV, I purchased a Samsung that was the same size. The alternative was to keep looking for someone who knew how to fix a 20 year old television and end up paying more for less in the long run. The new TV did everything the old TV did, but with a better picture, more features and a five year warranty.

This television has a clear sharp look to it, the bezels are not thick and the TV is extremely light for the 55" size. The TV has a sturdy feel without a lot of flex or twist with a TV this thin. Samsung did a good job with this screen, the black and the whites are done well, and the presets have a good range of selections that all seem to work well and are not over exaggerated like some presets. The TV comes with 3 HDMI ports 2 USB and an optical out which is good for most consumers that are not into a heavy Audio Video setups. Another nice feature that Samsung implemented is that you can activate the Xbox, Playstation, TV/Cable box from the remote which makes things convenient when trying to go through different devices. The integration of Hulu, Amazon Prime and Netflix also makes things easier when trying to find something to watch. Overall this is a solid TV with good HDR capabilities for the price. This TV has a little bit of everything it works well with the Xbox and overall is good for its price.
