We talked specs and pro & cons on the whole spectrum of TVs. There was no pressure to up sell. I love seeing the product before I buy! He also told me of the Best Buy app that will “preview” a TV size in your own home. Nothing wrong with the TV. I searched & found how to disable the auto motion to eliminate the ‘soap opera effect’ that I dislike in TV’s over 40”.

Great TV Terrible Remote

The picture is amazing however, the remote is the worst thing about the whole package. It is too small, the buttons are too close together, we are constantly hitting the wrong buttons all the time. The remote looks like it was designed for small children's hands. Why would Samsung install AAA batteries that always need changing?? They should have someone else design their remotes.
