I purchased this TV back in March of 2025 after my 43” RCA bedroom TV stopped working. I wanted to go a little bigger this time around and eventually ended up settling on this model. This TV is been incredible and I absolutely have no regrets purchasing it at all. For the money, the picture quality is amazing! Colors are vibrant and there are lots of adjustments to tailor the image to your liking. The only cons I have about the TV is the user interface. The UI forces me to use my google account or create one. Therefore, many things that I do outside of the TV are also reflected on the TV due to the Google account connection.. I work around this by NOT signing into the main UI and just using a Roku express box to power my streaming experience. I’m sure I can just create a separate google account and work with that, but the UI is just not my cup of tea and the Ruko already has all of my streaming apps set up. Second issue is the remote flat out sucks! I just simply ordered a different remote online and programmed it to control the TV and the Ruko box. So both cons were easily resolvable for me. In any case, if you’re in the market for an excellent TV that’s less than $400, you honestly can’t go wrong with this one! The more I watch it, the more I love mine!

This tv is perfect in everyway. Its the right size for the room it is bright and the sound is amazing.I have always been a samsung fan of all their products. From Tv's to appliances. And i have always had great service with samsung. I would definitely recommended this tv to anyone who is looking for a really great tv and product at a really great price pount.

Overall, very good tv for the price. The picture is very crisp and bright with excellent contrast. the sound is like any tv today, you really need a soundbar for the best sound. There are only 2 HDMI ports so that may not be enough if you have a fire stick, gaming console and blue ray player. This model also has no spdif or any other analog audio outputs, that could be a very limiting factor for some, I had to purchase a E-Arc to SPDIF adaptor tio hook up my sound system. For the price overall good deal

The Samsung 55 inch DU7200 Crystal has a very bright display and very nice color. For the money I don't think you can go wrong. I might buy 2 more in that series for the 2 upstairs kids bedrooms.

Works good so far. Color and sound are improved from previous years. Added more bass in equalizer setting to give it more thump. Would recommend extended warranty. Has saved my bacon with a TU model. Not a lot of audio jacks. Study what you need for hook ups if you want a sound bar. My first 55 in tv at a really good price. It's Large! My only real complaint is the tiny remote. Save your old Samsung remote or buy a big one online. More buttons is better! Do not buy if you are a tech snob. You will just whine that it's not perfect in every way. For most normal people it will do the job quite well.

I am very happy with my Samsung TV. It has a great picture. The only issue I had was its lack of a 3.5mm jack for my collection of nice headphones I have and apparently have to switch to Bluetooth headphones t enjoy that! But I love the TV! Great sound and a great picture too. I definitely recommend it to anyone!

Nice TV with great picture…especially at this price point. Hung this outside in covered patio…minimum glare and plenty of settings to tweak the viewing pleasure. Reasonable thin…my last tv was half the depth, but doesn’t really matter…lightweight, easy to bolt in frame, and good pic and sound.

This tv is exactly what it is, a fairly budget friendly tv with a good but not great picture. The Tizen OS is INCREADIBLY bloated with a bunch of apps that most people won't ever use. The menus are really counter intuitive and just hard to get used to. I did like the samsung integration and ease of setup with my google account. For those who are fully invested in the samsung ecosystem this would be a decent TV, but i strongly prefer Fire TV, google TV, or Roku TV UI. The HDMI board went bad in the unit i had in 3 days, i ended up returning it and butlying an insignia QLED fire TV for less $$ and i honestly happy it happened. I like it much better. Also this samsung tv only has 3 hdmi ports thats all, no optical or auxiliary audio outs. That may not be an issue for alot of people but its worth noting

Great picture. Easy to set up. Very lightweight. Third Samsung TV purchased. Pricier but didnt want to take a chance with another Brand.

Had the Samsung for over a year. Great tv picture quality is awesome. Never had any issues. Just a line appeared in the middle of the screen called and got a replacement right away. I still choose Samsung.

We really like this TV. It has a very clear picture and the colour is great. Only had it a few months, but it works very well.

This is a very nice TV. Very easy to set up. You will need to set up a Samsung TV app account. But it is free. The menus are very easy to navigate. Great picture. Good sound. There are many picture modes. Also If you are upgrading from an old Samsung the older remote works with the new TV. Very happy with the TV.

So far this has been a stellar purchase. I have five TVs in the house. This was on sale and was extremely inexpensive so I wasn’t expecting much but it outperforms all the other more expensive TVs in the house. Excellent purchase.

Had an OLED in the bedroom and the screen broke. Wife and I didn’t want to shell out $1200 plus so after a fair amount of research and option weighing pulled the trigger on this TV. We were honestly shocked at how good the picture is given the stats listed. Will it win awards watching 4K movies over higher end models absolutely not. Are you looking for TV and movie viewing and casual gaming? This TV more than fills the need. The remote is very solid and compact. Looks and feels a lot like an Apple TV remote, and much more expensive feeling than expected. I really couldn’t give you a reason not to buy this TV unless you are looking for the latest and greatest home theater setups. As a side note on the brand I’ve been a Samsung TV owner since 2005 and they are ALL still operational today. I can’t say the same for the one LG I owned and the Sony OLED this is replacing.

I got this to replace a previous Samsung that was on its last legs. I like the upgraded smart features and it’s easier to change sources. The sound and picture quality is great.
