Bought this television after 2 years of comparison shopping and viewing, Excellent color and contrast. Very easy to use with Amazon and Netflix. Sound quality is good.

Bought the TV on Black Friday. And we are just now getting around to using it because we moved and all and just got internet at our new house. It is definitely ULTRA HD! Wow. It will take some getting used to for sure! We haven’t bought a new TV in years and decided we would this time, and did so on Black Friday to save money. We haven’t explored all the features yet, but the picture is very clear and the details are amazing! My husband thinks the UHD makes the videos look fake though. He will need more time than me to get used to this. Volume is a bit quieter than what we’re used to, but not too quiet that you’d have to strain to read it. Overall, it’s a great TV for the money I paid for it!

Very nice picture, easy to set up. Perfect size for family room. Sharp picture. Samsung TV seem to have low volume which requires you to set up a higher volume.

I bought this with two more TVs so I could open up a gaming area for my son and his friends. We have 3 televisions set up with a number of gaming systems. His friends still bring more TV's and games and have a ball. The TV is responsive, has smart features and provides an awesome picture. Even though it's not a high end TV, we love it! I'll replace this one with another Samsung TV when it goes out -- the last Samsung TV I purchased was from Circuit City -- more than 10 years ago. It's still going strong!

Maybe its too early to review this but right now I'm not really impressed with this TV overall. I don't have high expectations as I wanted just an upgrade from 2014 Samsung 43 4series Plasma TV... which for some reason I still love till today. 1st: it was quite a disappointment Samsung didn't include screws for the leg stand and the wall mount. Have to run around Home Depot and Ace to buy one. 2nd: maybe have to figure things out with AppleTV device and HDMI cables, but the picture on this is not clear or crips like that of my 5 year old PlasmaTV. Do I need to upgrade my AppleTv and HDMI cable?, no idea. 3rd: must admit the setting up of the TV was fun... and all went smooth. I'm yet to experience internet black out like others complained here. Maybe those people need to upgrade their Wifi router/modems. 4th: I bought this TV spontaneously because of the price. Didn't even plan on buying any TV. 5th: Why do I still look back to my PlasmaTV

I love this T.V Its very compact and light. The color is ABSOLUTELY amazing! I did purchase a soundbar, but i would have been fine with out one. The sound is great as well.

This television is awesome I purchased two one for my bedroom and one for my son's bedroom and it is a large screen for a bedroom it looks great the picture quality is awesome!! I can watch all the movies I want i got free ROKU and endless other networks I love this t.v. you can also program it to work from your smart phone so what ever you pull up on your phone can transfer to the big screen!! You can program it to shut off by itself when you call asleep an forget... AWESOME purchase!!!

Got this tv on clearance its got a great picture and the sound quality is decent. The only con is the remote. The placement of the action buttons up down left right is poor. They put them right next to the jump buttons to Netflix samsung tv prime etc. Its very easy to mis hit a button and accidentally jump out of what youre watching and into another show. Its frustrating but I plan on getting a new universal remote to overcome this issue.

After 15 years of good service, I decided it was time to replace my Big Ole' 57" Rear Projection TV. It wasn't b/c it didn't work anymore, it was working just fine, but after seeing the price of the Samsung 55" NU6900, I couldn't resist. And I'm glad I made the purchase b/c this TV is excellent. The picture is tops, the features are endless, and the overall quality for the money is un-beatable. I highly recommend this TV for those who can't afford to spend $800-$1000+ for a TV. I don't see the difference and this one only cot me $400.

We've been looking for a new smart TV for awhile and have almost bought several over the last couple of years, but held off since they're not the cheapest thing to pick up. Finally, this year I wanted to make sure my husband got a newer TV so after a brief search we found this bad boy. It's perfect! Fair price, great sound, awesome picture! The company has a Great reputation for being long lasting in a world of disposable electrics. So in nutshell we've been very satisfied with this TV so far and I have no regrets.

Our previous Samsung had a great picture and sound quality was better than expected. When the picture went out, we debated on what brand to go with. Comparing the picture side by side with comparable models of other brands, the Samsung seemed to match up. When we got it home, we were really impressed with the sound quality. And the updated features means it integrates really well with our Samsung Blu-ray player. After 3 months we’ve been really pleased with this model and the sale price at Best Buy was great.

Great television for the price and quality of the picture

Did my homework before purchasing a TV. Knew I wanted a Samsung TV so it was a matter of which one to buy. Decided on this 55" and I couldn't be more pleased! Replaced 36" living room TV as I needed larger picture. Love, love, love this Samsung TV!! Great picture and very good sound. Recommend this TV highly! Easy set up too! At a sale price of $399.00, it was a GREAT DEAL!! Would buy another if I had someplace to put it!! Thanks Best Buy for a Great TV at a Great price!!

I bought this Samsung 55" smart TV for our living room because our other Samsung TV died AFTER 12 YEARS!!!! This TV has excellent HD picture quality and we love the fact that it's a smart TV. very good value for the price we paid. Sure, there are TV's with better quality picture, but we bought this TV on sale for $399!!! Can't beat that, besides, we didn't want to spend $2000 on a TV. We're very very impressed with the picture quality and the sound, happy we bought it.

The good part is the picture is so nice and clear. Here are a few things I've noticed. 1. The remote has a lot of buttons that are close to each other. Often I accidentally press the wrong button because they are so close together - especially in the dark. 2. I have a digital antenna on the roof with a signal amplifier. My old TV (a plasma 50") never lost signal. This TV, when watching TV from the air, often drops signals that are very strong in Los Angeles. It doesn't do this for the Smart TV things like Hulu, Amazon Prime or Netflix. SO I'm certain it is the TV

The TV hardware was easy to install, the account setup was easy, and configuration was easy to handle. The TV has great overall quality, it is useful for general viewing and playing games. I have used it to watch movies right after I bought it and played games on it. Its a sleek TV to have in your living room , and the overall quality has made me very satisfied with my purchase.

The picture quality on this TV is amazing, can’t beat the value for the price you pay. Easy setup as well.

My brothers and I got this for my parents as a massively combined birthday-anniversary-mothers day-fathers day present. It is easy to setup, but it definitely needs two people to put it on the stand or mount. Has great picture and easy to use app downloading software. If you have a Samsung phone you can directly connect with Smart View and see your phone screen on the tv.
