I chose the Q80 because of the positive reviews on the picture quality. I was replacing a 4 year old Samsung 42” 1080P smart tv which had a very nice picture. The picture quality of my new Q80 is also nice but not much better than my replaced tv. I was expecting a substantial difference, with a WOW factor, which didn’t happen. I am told that it is because the broadcasts are not in 4K. I wish that Best Buy had informed me of this before buying.

Love my new QLED TV. The picture has a great depth of color, sharpness is very noteable and decent sound for a flat TV. This is a 2019 model and am very satisfied with my purchase.

The picture on this thing is amazing the best I've seen as far as TVs I owned little disappointed on the apps not as many as some of the prior series but it's really cool that it has Apple TV on it the sound is low so you will need to get a soundbar to go with this TV but besides that that's really the only complaint I got about it

picture really is excellent, I don’t use the speakers. The only negatives I can think of is picture seems a little too bright sometimes. But that can be adjusted, and switching Game mode on and off is a little tedious. Other than that, very happy

The picture quality of this unit is unsurpassed in its class. The sound quality of the tv itself is ok , but I honestly think our last Samsung - purchased in 2013 was better. We use our home audio system so this was not a deal breaker, but those who would depend on the sound from the unit itself should be aware

Usually when you turn up the brightness or the back light on most TVs, the black background has a tendency to turn gray. Funny thing though, on this TV, the blacks stay pitch black. It’s awesome.

My QLED turned out to be the best TV for the location in my home. It faces 3 large windows and it does not have any glare from the windows. The Geek Squad did a fantastic job of installing and making sure I could work all the new advances. They hooked up a Wii, A VCR and a Blue Ray Disk player.

Fischer quality is very good. No complaints about the purchase, I have always liked Samsung televisions the best. I am disappointed with the remote control change from my prior Samsung that worked more like a mouse on the TV screen depending on where you would put the remote, that was very handy and I wish they would not have changed that feature.

This Samsung TV was easy to set up and has the most amazing picture I have ever had on a TV.

I absolutely love this TV! The color is amazing and such an upgrade from my last TV (which, admittedly, was like 5+ years old). The interface is easy to navigate. The only thing I don't like is if I use the remote to turn the TV on it also turns my Xbox on but won't turn it off

This television has been better than expected. The picture quality is excellent! The display tv's seen in the stores are great because they have the best services coming into their facility, but our tv is as wonderful as advertised! Would highly recommend this model to anyone.

We bought this set to replace an older smaller set. The installation and mounting was simple. The picture is amazing. Very sharp, great color and awesome smart set options. Would highly recommend. We have several Samsung sets, and as with all the others, this one does not disappoint!

One of the best TV's I've ever purchased the picture and quality of the color of the picture is amazing I would recommend this TV to new TV buyers looking for a long lasting TV my other Samsung I had was over 5 years old still working decided it was time for an upgrade these TV's last

I have been a Samsung TV fan for years. My last LED was purchased 5 years ago for my living room. I wanted to upgrade our quality and the Q80 was the perfect fit. The smart ability was effortless in setting up. My PS4 games look clearer and brighter. I highly recommend this model.

The Best Buy salesman said the TV had no Bluetooth capability but he was not knowledgeable. This TV in fact does has Bluetooth audio capabilities. That being said, it's not very strong. I was able to finally get some headphones connected but it took forever and other devices, forget it. Samsung dropped the ball on this item however, the picture quality is great and the audio is good.

Amazing tv. The color is great! Anti glare is a must if using in a room with a lot of windows. A bit of a challenge figuring how to connect to an existing sound system. Still not sure we have it set up correct. Might have to do some more research.

I bought this TV because of the picture quality compared to the others (including OLED). My living room is quite bright with the large picture window but the overall size of the room is small (325sq ft) so I had to take that into consideration with screen size and brightness. This tv fit my requirements perfectly and delivers an outstanding picture and was easy to setup. A solid buy.

We are enjoying it very much. The picture is great. At first the colors seemed so bright, course compared to our old TV & we thought that picture was great. We are used to it now. Enjoy how one can be standing at an angle to the screen and see the picture perfect.
