My MIL’s Samsung TV needed to be replaced & we went to the local Best Buy to replace. Our experience was excellent & the staff was helpful. Setup was very easy & we were very impressed with the quality of the image.

We appreciated the information that Ritchie presented to us. We felt well informed and grateful for his energy and assistance. Ritchie recognized us two weeks later, he asked if we are happy with our new TV. Yes we are very happy with it and are in the process of purchasing another TV.

I really like to watch movies on my new TV. I want to get another one for my bedroom!

Good picture, easy to install. Disappointed that I cannot find sleep mode. Need to be able to easily control brightness of picture and elminate being blasted by high loudness of commercials. Customers like my husband and I want the flexibility to utilize this TV in different rooms as our viewing needs and preferences change.

Very good quality product that is why I shop Best Buy because I know the products that they sell and service are of the most quality and I will definitely be a return shopper plus I would refer all my friends to Best Buy .

Perfect television for gaming and television. Menue was a little confusing at first but once figured out, it was easy to move around in the menus. Only wish YouTube TV was one of the apss located on the home screen.

Product is great. Very disappointed in the delivery situation. Long story. Also very dissatisfied on set up. I was told in the store they would do basic set up. I could have plugged the tv in myself. A real waste of $100 something dollars. Customer service sucks. Spent so much time on the phone. Can’t reach a human being. All the AI and computers can never answer the questions you need.

Once I got the TV setup it had a great picture and functioned extremely well. This is the 3rd Samsung product that I have bought and will continue to buy. Also, the salesman at Best Buy was extremely helpful and friendly. Then the delivery man was great. Friendly and very nice.

I replaced my 47'' Samsung with a 55" Samsung TV. I also purchased a Sound Bar for the tv. The picture quality, the sound and the brightness of the colors exceeded my expectations.

Very thin, light weight flat screen TV. Easy to set up and connect to the household WiFi. The picture is very clear and crisp. Good value for the money. Connection to the Samsung soundbar and sub-woofer was equally easy to connect in short order.

The colors are brilliant. Streaming works very rapidly when loading the apps. The TV is very light and easy to set up.
