So my 12 year old VIZIO tv has been acting up and so I decided to look for another TV. I had been reading reviews on the Samsung TV's and had decided on The Samsung 55" QN80F Mini LED and I have not regretted my purchase. The colors are vibrant and awesome and the aound from the speakers are great. So much better than my old tv. This was a great purchase. The remote is charged by solar or by an android phone charger cord. No batteries are needed. It was so easy to charge and takes a little to get use to but once you play it it becomes easier to use.

The first TV that I received was defective since the screen died after about 1 h. This was most likely a manufacturing issue since there was no damage to the box or TV. I contacted BestBuy customer service and they arranged to pick up the defective TV and deliver a second TV. The second TV works great. The TV was easy to mount using the 200x200 VESA pattern. The picture quality is very good. It took a little while to get used to the Tizen interface.

Excellent picture. Vivid colors. Sound could be a little more robust but will add a sound bar.

Enjoying my new Samsung colors are great sizes great for me. It’s the whole package.

Had it 22 days 7 days pass return , and the screen went black. Do not buy samsung

I’ve bought a lot of TV’s over the years so far. The best TV purchased yet. Bright colors and very minimal glare. Very fast when switching between apps.

Just upgraded from the Samsung Crystal series. The processor on this TV is so much faster than the one in the Crystal series. The picture quality is fantastic! Would definitely recommend!

Very good TV overall especially with the sale price nice picture, would rather have feet on each side versus the central stand

We've had this TV for 7 months at this point. No issues so far. We went with this TV over a Sony due to its center stand, and comparable picture quality and longevity (we've been told) to Sony. The screen looks great, we thought the TV was good value. I'd always, always recommend seeing these TVs in person before buying online, as even similar models have different quality screens, and emphasize different aspects of picture. I do wish it had the option to press a button to speak to type, as all TV typing is tedious and annoying. We don't have a sound bar, the sound is as good as I've heard a TV get. Probably not nearly as good as with a sound bar, but definitely good enough for us.

But for these 'Last' 20+ yrs. Samsung has been the industry's "Gold Standard", when it comes to making a 'Top of the Class' superb 4K Smart TV. Now, personally with regards to my recent purchase of a 'New' Samsung 4K Smart TVs_(2025). It's official...Samsung has once again done it. When it created the 'NEW'_2025 Samsung_(QN80F): Neo QLED Series -- 4K/UHD Smart TV Between the Crystal-Clear picture & the Dolby Atmos sound that this Samsung Smart TV has been putting out. My favorite feature on the Samsung_(QN80F): Neo QLED is the Samsung Adaptive Sound & Picture. An AI-powered feature that automatically optimize the TV's Sound & Picture during any situation for a better viewing experience.

The QN80F worked great out of the box. This replaced my old "A-series" screen but recognized my old soundbar. It avoids burn-in worries while saving a few bucks relative to top-of-the line hardware. The stand is wobbly and the OS is cluttered, annoying, but usable.

The ideal television entertainment device for the house of a "KING" Thank you Best Buy the new TV and sound bar for the system enhancing the quality of sound emanating the whole room and I was impressed by the savings of my purchase and the deal was made by a salesperson and I was held up for the deal of my life!

I love the TV it works great at 144 Hertz while gaming it does wonderful

This 55" TV is primarily used for gaming and general television. The 120HZ refresh rate makes game motion smooth. Color and 4K upscaling work very well.

Great for video games. I use with an xbox. Great picture & no lag. Would recommend if looking for a tv for your video game system.

Very disappointed that I did not understand 55 inch did not mean 55 inch across. So I ordered the wrong size. Also, the remote is not user friendly and no timer is available to shut off the system. I will try to sell my TV and order the correct size we needed. I feel pretty stupid. Too late to return since my installer took the box.

The colors are deep and vibrant. There is noticeable improvement to the same TV from a 2.5 years ago (Which was great.) Bought the warranty 2.5 years ago and got a nice upgrade. Love It.

Our old internet service did not support this tv. We changed our service and have great picture and streams fast.
