Very happy with the purchase. Price was reasonable for the quality I received.

All was good with the TV but the “O”LED picture was just too dark for us. After trying numerous adjustments, we returned it. Nothing wrong with the TV, it just was the wrong type.
We regret that the picture quality of Samsung’s S85F TV didn’t meet your expectations. In many cases, picture performance can be improved through settings adjustments or firmware updates. That said, we appreciate your feedback and will pass it along to the appropriate teams.

I thought the salesman could have worked harder to deliver & set up my tv in a timely manner

Excellent picture quality and great value! We had lots of choices but landed on the Samsung for its great quality and were not disappointed. The OLED technology is awesome, great picture and color quality.
