Slow start smart tv

Every time I turn the TV on it says preparing the TV and I have to wait for the TV to be prepared whatever that means before I can get Netflix to connect. It can be very annoying at times. The nicest feature I have found on this TV is that it connects to Samsung customer service so they are able to help with any issues that may arise remotely and instantly.
