Excellent PC Monitor!

The picture quality is fantastic with deep dark blacks and super contrast popping colors. The TV menu with High Contrast setting turned on matches the black and gray Windows 10 environment and pops up over the PC and returns seamlessly without the need for switching inputs. The universal remote feature controls the amp from the TV remote and the phone remote which is very nice. The motion smoothing looks excellent (like 60 fps) on all videos with judder setting turned up and it works on the PC input too if you turn game mode on. It looks great with motion smoothing off too, totally different feel in certain types of scenes, I prefer the faster smoother frame rate appearance with judder reduction turned up. Also very good quality edge lighting, in examining a black screen I did not find any light bleed around the edges of the panel and upon examination of a white screen I found no defective or unlit pixels.
Excellent set, very pleased.

While the TV is great, the clicker is horrible and when I say horrible I mean it is so sensitive all you have to do is hit it when you’re in the next room and if you hit the wrong button that turns the entire TV off and then on top of that you don’t know where any of the buttons are so if you’re watching a movie and it’s night time and you just want to put it on mute or pause it, if you hit the wrong button again it’s so sensitive that it will stop in the middle of the movie and kick you out of Netflix or whatever. TV is great, it’s taking me a while to learn how do use that as I’m a tad bit older, but I do like it. It’s my first smart TV and I’m learning. Please have a light up remote!!!

The 58" size fits our space perfectly. Got a good price right after Thanksgiving. Probably not the best fit for high speed gaming, etc but with price comes some trade-offs. Picture quality is very good for this price point. Not a huge fan of the remote - not intuitive. Built-in sound is usable and has decent volume. I have this connected to a separate receiver and 5.2 speakers.

I honestly cannot find a fault with this TV. It is easy to use and the picture and sound quality are amazing. This is my first Smart TV, so I could be novice but I really don’t think I am. Great product and I got a great price on it. I installed it myself (not mounted) and it was easy to install but quite heavy.

Started out fine, then about a month ago, black lines appeared at the bottom of the screen. Of course i didn't bu an extended warranty, so I'm out neraly a grand after only 2 years. May prevent me from buying another, if i do, now i feel compelled to get the extended protection. Pretty ticked off for it being a samsung product.

Great picture! Easy setup.
Menus are poor if compared to Sony. Remote is VERY small with little features. Once you understand it, it works well.
Buy a stand! The legs are super cheap.

My 1st Samsung QLED. As expected from customer reviews and tech review, this Samsung QLED line of products easily the best of its kind in the market in terms of picture and overall quality. Sleek looking, easy to set up. Had to purchase longer screws to attach to wall mount (I find out before purchasing this unit by doing research in Youtube, and purchased the extra nuts and bolts from Ebay). Great price, overall a steal!

So far we love it. Had it one month but it works so much better than the Visio it replaced! The picture is very good but the user interface is what we are loving. Its fairly easy to get to all of our streaming services and easy to switch between them. Setup was super easy too. I was wondering if I should have gotten the Q70T in the 55" or the 58" Q60T and I think I make the right choice with the Q60.

Our television was over 5 years old and needed a separate service to watch many of the internet streaming services. It was also having issues of powering off. It was time for a new television. We are very happy with price, quality and ease of use in this new Samsung television. It is a great picture and the use of the built in Smart TV / internet options are very fast and easy to use.

If you’ve ever experienced OLED television you will know what I mean because nothing has richer or darker blacks and sharper lines but the QLED is a close second place at half the price. The speaker system is the best of any Samsung I’ve owned. The only difficulty was training the DIRECTV remote to control the Sonos sound bar through the Samsung TV. It works fine with the LG OLED TV, but nit the QLED. It functions perfectly if u use the Samsung remote, but this requires u to use one remote for channels and one for volume. The Apple TV remote works the volume and all it’s functions just fine. If your bit ready to pony up $1200-1500 for the smallest OLED, u can settle for a vey goos QLED and get a 65” for half the price of a 55” OLED. Just don’t go watching and OLED after u buy a QLED or you’ll be disappointed.

I bought this TV primarily because of the size. The 58” version for perfectly in my built in cabinet. 55” sets were too small for the opening and 65” sets were too big. The set up was easy and the app interface is pretty simple. A little aggravated that Peacock isn’t available on Samsung TVs. Need my Premier League! I calibrated the set to Rting’s recommended settings and tweaked a bit from there. Picture quality is dependent on source, and is amazing for non-compressed, over-the-air antenna and pretty good for YouTubeTV, Netflix, Hulu, etc. The set performs well in my bright living room and overall blacks are decent. Some crush on compressed streaming apps. Viewing angle can be limited, but is acceptable from 9’-10’ away. Not a reference TV, but a solid budget TV for everyday viewing.

The Q60T has a great picture. Setup was very easy and it configured itself to my broadcast channels right out of the box. It connected up with the Samsung sound bar for the “single control” feature.
The issue I have relates to the model Samsung sound bar I chose. Alexa is not able to control tv sound bar..............bummer, because that is one of the features I was looking for. Alexa can control every other feature on the TV, accept the volume through the sound bar. Make sure you purchase the appropriate Samsung sound bar to get Alexa volume control.

Unreliable Samsung TV

Samsung 58” TV screen/panel has gone dark/flashing again for the 3rd time in less than 4 years. Samsung replaced the original within the 1st year of purchase. The qeek squad replaced that one. Now this panel has gone dark again. Good thing that I had purchased Bestbuy extended warranty. They’ve decided to give me a full store refund for that TV. Bestbuy is awesome

I love this TV. I bought this Tv to put in my bedroom and replace a 2 year old Samsung 4k UHD. (I moved the 4K to another room, nothing was wrong with it.) There is a distinct difference in the picture quality between the two. The contrast difference because of the QLEDs capability to produce and absolute black is great. Scenes that are in shadow that were once hard to make out are now easily viewed. I will say that you should not always expect the picture at home to look like it does at the store. This is not the fault of the TV but of the media that you use (BluRay, cable TV, etc.). If you want to see the TVs capability you will have to go to YouTube and play a 4K test video and you will see the beautiful crisp images you see when you are at the store.
