The overall buying a delivery were quick and easy. The range itself is very handsome with great detail and a copious amount of features. All of which were the main selling point for me. We already have the black stainless washer set, and plan to finish out with the fridge. At the price, this is a great deal for the amount of features, smart connectivity being one. Though the depth of control is limited in that aspect. If the oven is on, you can turn it off or change temp, but that's it. You can't start it, which is probably a good safety feature. The knobs feel quality and sturdy when rotating/starting the burners. I really wanted to like the Air Fry feature, thinking it could be advantageous to get rid of our countertop one. Alas, it isn't nearly as efficient and didn't circulate air quick enough. Not to mention the amount of space you're heating is 10x what a countertop air fryer's is. Though, I do like the Convection+, now that is a great feature, with the fan helping to evenly circulate air in the special Bake Setting. The grates are also heavy duty, and I love the seamless transition across the burners to be able to slide pots. The "sizzler", as my wife calls it (griddle), is removable and more or less worthless, unless you like cleaning your entire stove after each use of it. We used it for bacon, a terrible decision, I know... But also used it for french toast, which turned out well. But to me, the center section is limited in use. Time will tell how it holds up, though I have no real complaints or worries a month in.

Am in love with this Black Stainless Steel Beauty. It is everything I wanted in a Gas Range and some. The air fryer is one of my regularly use feature.

The Samsung gas range with air fryer has functioned well. Installation was a rough issue, as our gas line and electric outlet both had to be lowered to within 9" of the floor. The old unit had the connection point just under the stove top for easy access, and had an access panel behind the bottom drawer. Not the case with this unit! To get the flexible gas line to fit properly, it required raising the appliance higher than normal and reaching across the countertop and behind the range awkwardly. Best Buy best other retailers for this specific model. To make stovetop cleaning easier we bought a separate black fiberglass drip mat that is die cut for this model.

Preheat Time: Noticeably faster than our old oven — cuts prep time almost in half. Temperature Accuracy: Spot on. Dishes are consistently cooked evenly, no more burnt edges or undercooked centers. Gas Burners: Responsive and powerful, with a good range from simmer to high heat

I love the look of this stove! Its easy to clean. The largest burner is amazing! I can cook like a gourmet chef now. The oven bakes like a dream. With the covection setting my bread finally gets baked all the way through. No second guessing! Ive proofed bread and steak is broiled to perfection under the broiler. I cant wait to try the air fry option. This stove came with a griddle pan and a special air fryer basket. So happy with this purchase!

I like the all around steel polished look, air fryer greast to used. I just dont like the grease leftover. FIRE buring from bottoms, i am afriad off oil, grease dripped down n clogged or break the heating part from usage.

The intensity of the flames it’s the best, been able to acomodate diferent sizes pans or pots works great, now the oven let us cook everything at once either conventional or Air Frier mode, color matches perfectly wit our Samsung Fridge.

My family Loves our new range, I got my Daughter one also. She loves it so much she said it is the best gift I ever her. She's so excited, she never shows any emotion, she talks about the air fryer, bluetooth, 5 burners, large large display screen, the accessories that came with it, pancake tray, storage below, everyone is very very happy, no one wants to go out to eat. Love this Range!! We purchased this same Range and converted to propane. We moved, left the Range and purchased the same Range again as our new place is natural gas. Love the proofing feature. Well insulated and easy to clean as the area under the burners is stainless not black.

This Convection Oven & Air fry & microwave is an excellent value & was purchased Blk Friday. Rep for Best Buy was patient & spent a lot of time with me explaining the oven. I used for Thanksgiving & Turkey came out perfect. I've seen Ovens for double the price with same features & I think this is a much better value glad I spent the extra few dollars & got the all Stainless Steel. Was delivered & in 2 days. Best part I got a $150 gift card wow! gave that to my Daughter for Xmas. A+++ transaction & great communication by text messages for delivery.

This stove is a great stove. The features the stove has is awesome such being able to make it compatible with your phone. Yes iphone as well! For the price you cant beat that. I highly recommend this stove to anyone that wants something thatll do the job just fine.

I received excellent delivery and installation. The range itself is exceptional. I love the air fry feature and can't wait to use the dehydrate feature. Love that I don't have to remove the griddle so that pots and pans can fit on the burners. We were able to connect to the range through wi-fi, which is helpful.

We are enjoying our new range, its so nice to have a range you dont have to start it with a match lol, Best Buy is a store i will buy from now on. Great service, and friendly workers. My salesmen was awesome.

After turning on the oven to 350°, I looked at my internal thermometer and found the temperature to be perfect at 350°. On my old oven, I had to increase it 15° to reach the right temp. It feels great that I now can rely on my food cooked properly.

I love this stove and all its features. My only issue is the stainless steel shows all the finger prints, crumbs and cleaning streaks.

My mom's 12 year old GE failed a few weeks back and I ordered this Samsung - previously purchased Samsung washer/dryer about 10 years ago and they're both working great. So far Mom loves it. New features not available on GE like Air Fry are a great addition. Delivery/installation crew were very professional and polite. Thank for the service. BB.

Delivery was smooth and fast. Technicians were hospitable and so respectful. I love my new air fryer because I can cook fast for a lot of people and nothing taking up space on my countertop and what a beautiful addition it made to my all white kitchen. From purchasing to delivery I am beyond satisfied! I love Best Buy services!!!

Great Stove. Does everything we wanted. Has WiFi and App that I don't want or need but it can be left Off. The exterior is largely Black vs all Stainless which is my only complaint. Online Customer Service was a disappointment since I don't speak Hindi or Tagalog but the Local Store was outstanding.

This product is great, it is efficient and very easy to use and clean. Gad stoves are my wife’s and I preferred type as we feel we have control over the heat much better. The oven also cones with a variety of options to bake, roast, broil etc. The product looks very elegant and makes our kitchen look very nice
