the stove did not come with an owner's manual. I would like to learn more about the different functions etc. I can't answer some the questions without a manual for operations

Faulty and malfunctions often

Do not buy! breaks and malfunctions often. I had an older no brand stove in our kitchen that stopped working after many many years. Instead of fixing it, I decided to buy a new Samsung model as they are reputable and last a long time. What a bad decision! The glass door broke after 1 year, and since we were past warranty we had to pay for it. It was replaced and cracked again! Mind you I don't have children or anything that would cause hard. The first glass door broke and shattered after I tapped it with a plastic bowl, the second glass door is cracked and we don't know why. In addition to a very delicate glass door, the oven malfunctions often and has many glitches and restarts that seem to happen out of nowhere. The latest glitch does not allow us to use our stove at all. I can use the burner but no stove. And since we are out of the warranty I have to pay for them to come and diagnose their issue and fix it. This is a terrible product that will cost you a lot money to continually fix. Save yourself the money and don't buy!

Bought this Dec 2021 - I have replaced all the control knobs as they are cheap plastic that break easily. I finally found a replacement off brand that seem to work better. Now the control board totally went blank - solution replace mother board 379 dollar expense - NEVER SAMSUNG AGAIN

I can not speak on the griddle as I have yet to use it, the oven is Phenomenal I did all of my Christmas baking with absolutely no complaints everything came out beautifully perfect evening cooked and gorgeous I absolutely love my Samsung stove.

I’ve only had this stove for one month. Stove top was fine. Yesterday I used the oven for the first time and it had a gas like fume. I few minutes later my monoxide alarm went off. We evacuated, The fire department came, and my gas company said it was a faulty ignition. Normal range should be under 50 to be safe. Ours was registering over 1500. I have a newborn and if I didn’t have that monoxide alarm we could have been seriously injured. The range is pretty, but not comfortable with the product now.

the grills are very far from the fire and everything you cook takes longer, you spend more time and gas. a liter of water boiled in 14 min. on the old one only 6 min

I did like this stove but the gas leak scared me.my daughter smelled it when she came over she opened my door asked me if I had the stove on I said no I had just got home few minutes before she came over she open the windows I called the gas company they came out and with there tools and the numbers was really high behind the stove not as high on top they said it was improperly installed turned the gas off open the back door
