WE BOUGHT STOVE DURING A RENOVATION & WE INSTALLED JUST BEFORE CHRISTMAS. STOVE WAS BROKEN (C-F2). WE CONTACTED BEST BUY & WERE DIRECTED TO CONTACT SAMSUNG. SAMSUNG SET UP SERVICE BUT CANCELLED TWICE BEFORE TELLING US IT WAS UNREPAIRABLE. BEST BUY JERKED AROUND & WE STILL HAVE BROKEN STOVE 1/16/2022

The electrical stopped working suddenly less than a year after purchase. i called both BestBuy and Samsung to come see and the technician that came said it was a roach he saw in the range that spoilt the electrical panel and there was nothing he can do about it.so I can't use the oven, or anything expect the cooker. total waste of money.

I will not recommend at all the oven stop working only work. A little while the paint is coming off i really don’t like that product.

It was working fine, but only after the 7months of purchased an error appeared. There was only few months warranty on this product and the repair will cost as half much as the product itself. I thought the Samsung brand would be long lasting and worth the purchase. Really disappointed because it seems I could get a whole new stove with the price to repair it.

Horrible service. Installer dropped the oven in the middle of the kitchen and left without installation . The whole family was left without cooking ability. The long conversation with customer service... In the end the " compensation" offered for the service in the amount of the gift card was never fulfilled. Horrible experience

I Bought this Stove Couple weeks Ago, I Live Alone, The second day I Used It stoped working. The Little Screen was All Black And Showing a Code, Now The Screen is All Black Not Light. Im Waiting for the Tech to come to fix it.

Switch is not working

One switch is not working most of the time to turn on the fire.

Well worth the money

I really like this stove, especially the four burners. The largest burner is actually two in one so there is enough flame to heat the bottom of a very wide pot. The center grill is a nice feature, but there isn't a long enough burner beneath it to cover the entire surface. You have to keep items like burgers in the middle of the griddle to cook evenly. I also like the fact that It is WiFi enabled and I can control some of the feature on my phone. It is a good looking stove as well.
