I've had this gas range for a month now and am very pleased with it. The "fast boil" burner really does boil water much faster than my previous stove. The oven takes a bit longer to preheat, but it's bigger than my previous oven so it's not an issue at all. Controls are straight forward and easy to use (timer, clock preheat, etc.). So far, no complaints whatsoever. In conclusion, I would definitely purchase this range again. Will it last for 35 years like my last one (I probably won't!)? Only time will tell...

This was a very GREAT investment!!!! It cooks food so evenly and perfect!!! I absolutely LOVE all the additional features!!!! I personally do not cook on the middle griddle out of fear that it might stain and cause the stove to be an eye sore!!!! I really wish that the company will design a grate to accommodate the middle griddle!! I would prefer the grate more so than the griddle, but that is still not a negative for me!!!! The stove is AWESOME!!!!!

I went with a higher end gas oven hoping for more quality and really didn't get it with this one. I should have went with a basic gas oven. I got this one in part for the 6.0cf oven space but it's functionally smaller than the old, smaller cf oven. The oven racks (which are flimsy and bow with anything with any kind of weight to it) bend up for a large part of the back of the grate so the actual usable space is limited. I have to find better grates or just live with this one. Pizza trays that fit nicely in the old, smaller oven don't fit in this "larger" oven. The griddle burner is pretty useless also, you can fit sandwiches on it but that's about it. Then you have a dirty griddle that needs cleaned. An open grate would be far more functional but one is not available that I could find. We don't use the wifi option also, I'm not sure what the point of that is. Post-C19 anything is hard to find which is in large part why we went with this one. Having buyers remorse, wishing I had gone with a more basic model.

well it was nice for 3.5 years. then the display showed the code cf2. that means you need a new control board. my cost from Amazon is about 225.00. at that point the range cost to be repaired would be about 400 or more. if you buy this range get a 5 year warranty. my unit is not worth fixing.

Great range. Easy to install (did it myself) and has lots of cool features. The only issue is the storage bin underneath is smaller than we are used to but we have more baking area which is better and makes it easier to clean.

The oven works great. The installation was relatively quick too.

Delivery crew was professional and helpful and polite.

The Samsung range is attractive, efficient, and has several nice features such as oven settings for bread proofing and keeping warm as well as 2 broiler heats.

Works as advertised. Very reliable so far. Haven’t used self cleaning function yet.

Do NOT buy this stove. Stove is only 4 months old and electrical panel does not work right. The timer is faulty and only works after multiple tries. The worst part is the temperature on top of the stove when the oven is on. It gets way to hot and you cannot leave anything setting on top of the stove. Samsung is the absolute worst on getting a customer service response. They have this AI crap.
