Purchased this Samsung range in November 2021 and it died three days before Thanksgiving 2023, perfect timing. A replacement control board costs $250 and will not arrive until after Christmas. Samsung parts support has been comically incompetent every step of the way and has provided all sorts of conflicting information.
In hindsight, I should have done more homework, as I now see countless consumer reviews that mention the same issue. I'd happily install a replacement part myself, but won't give Samsung another red cent for as long as I live. Our GE range will be installed later this week.
Fortunately we got this for a super low price at the time, still a colossal waste of money for less than two years of use. Bad product and bad company.

Very disappointed, not with the stove but other circumstances being the stove was not able to be installed and therefore not hauled away. Needed to have it installed by someone else and he also hauled the old stove away. You were notified! The money for the installation and hauling away needs to be refunded to me and still has not been done. A REFUND PLEASE!

I bought a new Samsung gas range,
$ 1,059.00 it worked for about 13 months. The control panel stopped working. ( without it the stove is usless). It is out of warranty, they refuse to make it right.
They don't have a repair facility any where near Princeton, Ky.
In short, I am stuck with a $ 1,059.99 piece of junk.
BUYER BE AWARE OF THIS BEFORE BUYING A SAMSUNG GAS KITCHEN RANGE !!!!!

Delivery and install awful.

Bought this oven, The delivery guys drop it out of the truck and hit the ground about three feet up. Did not know this at the time, my neighbor told me later that day. Neighbour wanted to know what was wrong with them. Have warranty if needed. Terrible delivery, NEVER agian!

Had it for 4 years, use oven just 3 times and stop working. Code error cf2. Technician said Samsung makes stoves to last 2-3 years.

This range sucks

This is so bad i want to give it a zero but thats not possible so i’ll give it a one. We had to wait 2 months for this range and it seems to be working fine but one of the burners wouldnt turn on and then the same burner its stuck and doing the ticking sound. I wouldn’t buy it again
