The delivery of the appliances was right on time as promised and. installed professionally and methodically checked by the installers to be sure everything worked and showed us how to use the new appliances. All told it was a wonderful experience buying from Best Buy and the Delivery installers. I would definitely recommend without hesitation Best Buy to anyone looking to buy new Products and Appliances

This new stove is great, I just love it. But I suppose anything would be great after the old stove. It is much more room on the grills than the old one and the oven is much better.

I purchase approximately 10-15 of these units a year for the homes I renovate. The whole Samsung kitchen package is clean and contemporary. I have never had a an issue with this range. Looks great.

Thank you for purchasing a gas range from us. I understand how important this is for you and I apologize if the buttons are hard to push sometimes and one of the knobs inside is broken. Samsung always wanted to give you only satisfaction and never intended to cause any trouble. Some controls are only available when using (or not using) other functions. This is to protect the oven from excessive heat or children who may accidentally touch the oven.
