I learned the hard way that some of my pots/skillets won't work with this type of stovetop (induction). Also the air fry feature requires the larger oven. I prefer my stand-alone griddle as the one included does not have a large enough drain channel and there is no drain/drip pan. I do love that the small top oven heats up quickly. Overall I am satisfied with this purchase so far.

The second replacement had to be replaced a third time due to the oven door dropping and swinging open even when it was very hot. Incredibly dangerous. This third oven replacement we are on now thinks it's in dual mode even when the divider is out of the oven. It also heated the oven up to over 500 degrees while trying to do a slow roast at 250. The stove top heating is uneven. The convection cooking leaves food burned on the outside and raw in the middle. The oven can only conventionally bake when not in the dual mode. The oven door doesn't seal shut and the escaped heat melts the outside of the oven. This oven is one of the most dangerous, unsatisfactory, and frustrating products I've ever used.

First preheat the oven to a desired temperature then put in the toast or whatever food. Otherwise, if you put in the food while oven is heating up, the food will burn . Also, the oven top glass requires constant cleaning.
