I made mistake today when i took oven divider out & then i put it back in in wrong area as i could not close upper oven door. Had to unscrew fan cover on backside to get divider pushed to back so i could close oven door. Seems like a design flaw imo

When I called for support to meet the deadline for new construction I gave explicit directions for the part not to be delivered then held on hold from support who could not help then hung up

Because its not a traditional dpuble oven, it was cheaper. But, it has the ability to function as a double oven, which i love. This has been a great purchase so far.

I do wish you could have made the control panel a little brighter. Also, the ability to turn off or change the song that plays when the oven preheats and timer goes off would be a great touch.
