Love the tv got it for just living room very base model recommend it if you looking for big tv great price long as you get the 5 year warranty worth every penny never been a firm believer in warranty’s but hey geeks squad got it covered if they can’t fix the tv then it gets replaced

Long story short, I was very excited to get a budget 65 inch UHD on Black Friday and since then I have gone from really liking my tv to wishing I never spent a penny on it. I have contacted Samsung on multiple occasions and have had techs come out for replacing the screen and the motherboard. To give them the credit they deserve, they took care of that in a very professional manner. Couldnt be more impressed with that. Problem is where they have fixed the screen problems, the tv constantly freezes and apps dont work on it. Netflix works but Prime and Hulu barely every work. I had a tech come out and the thing froze on us and he still couldnt do anything about it because Samsung wanted more proof. I have sent that tech multiple videos of my problems with no response. Now here is where I have serious issues with the situation, a few months ago while having issues and constantly calling Samsung I just asked them if I could just pay the difference and upgrade to a different Samsung tv . Having people constantly come to my house in the middle of the day is a huge inconvenience and the time lost would have more than paid for a much better tv. I also called Bestbuy to see if they could do anything about it and they said that they need a RA from Samsung to do anything but they get them all the time so I should continue following up. I have wasted so much time to have a TV that works, this TV literally cost me money every month for subscription services that do not work on it and I beyond tired of trying to get Samsung to fix the situation. They also have access to seeing how much I spend on Samsung products on an annual basis, Im completely bought into their ecosystem with multiple phones, headphone earbuds, tablets, tv's, ect and they are about to loose a seriously devoted customer. I even expressed that to the tech's and I hope give you his response but it was eye opening. DO NOT BUY THIS, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY ANYTHING ELSE. What does it take to get good service on lemon products anymore? I have a clear history of trying to get this stuff fixed and even offered to pay the difference to get a Q80 level product. Im exhausted from this expereice...Also for forgot, after the last time when the tech left the audio out stopped working and I expressed that as well with no follow up. Thanks Samsung

I have 2 QLED models that are absolutely fantastic. We chose this lower end model for a rarely used room and it works great. The picture quality is teriffic, the apps are great, and it so easy to stream from the iPhone. It’s a great TV for its cost.

Bought this for the spare bedroom and covid long-term isolation room if that becomes necessary. So big splashy and colorful, and easy to setup and use, and a lot of built in wifi media functionality were all priorities. This fit our needs exactly and well within our budget for a tv we may not even use.

This 65" television was the absolute largest television I had ever owned. The Samsung brand is the highest quality I know. I've spent many hours viewing this smart television. I don't have cable, so having a smart television was the best decision I could make.

We went from a 40 inch screen to this new 65 inch. Since this is a smart TV, we also have all the apps so we can watch different streaming services. Once you log into the Samsung store, you can also load any of the apps that aren't a defaulted one such as Disney +

Beautiful and sleek smart TV. The picture quality is amazing with fire stick pretty much built in. No problems. You won't regret this purchase. We are still discovering things a month later about the features of this tv. Love in the form of a 65 inch.

We purchased our new TV at the end of September and are enjoying it very much. Amazing vivid colors. The details in the images is truly unbelievable. We watched a 4K animated movie and it was incredible. You won't believe the difference until you see it for yourself.

Got this tv for 589.00 read reviews and said for the price what the heck. Well ill tell you what the heck. Fantastic picture. Love the upgrades on apps. We use utube tv and hulu and well heck with high dollar cable. This picture is fantastic sharp and crisp. Plenty of hookups hmi and avi . Xbox looks great fast motion clarity and well best 600 dollars ever spent. I love samsung and have samsung on most every device I own. Only have had it for a few months and did buy the protection plan just incase. Been a Best Buy customer and well have not had any issues to this point. Have 4 samsung tvs and no issues there either. Just a great 65 inch tv for the price. Hope everyone else has good luck if you buy this tv. I definently say yes at this price.

We purchased this TV for our living room and it fits perfectly and was easy to mount (wall mount purchased separately). It is extremely clear and works great with our Apple TV. Set up was very quick and easy.

Colors and picture is great! Was easy to set up!! Plus it’s a smart tv as well. Even the one, on display at the Doesn’t do this tv justice!! Great price and bought the extended warranty as well, which as so Covers the remote!!

The picture colors are just beautiful. It was a breeze to set it up with wifi. As soon as it was connected to wifi the apps preloaded gave me a lot of great channels. Very satisfied with this purchase.

Taco Bell a great picture especially on this size and for the price of about $550 we are very very pleased. I would certainly suggest this product very simple to use but the interface does it work with the router sometimes

I love my new 65 inches Samsung TV. The colors was natural. I can see the actors face very clear without any filter. The only troubles that I experienced was the optical audio. I can't figure out why the sound won't transfer into my speaker using optical audio. Aside from that I think my money was worth it

I like the TV I dislike the remote. I have two other Samsung 55" TV they came with a small remote that I thought this one came with. Even the instructions for the remote show the smaller mode. Other than that a very good deal.l

This television was bought for our family room. It is being used as a multi-purpose television. Game systems connected, cable and as well as the focus of family movie night. The TV has an excellent picture and great sound even before using our surround sound system. Definitely worth the money. Bought at a great price. Great quality all around. Samsung delivers another great product. The only downfall I found is that there are only two HDMI inputs.

Great deal on this Samsung 65" smart tv. I purchased for my daughters as her old one went out and she didn't have the funds to buy one. She got it delivered quickly and set up was a breeze and they love the picture quality and features. Happy Grandma!

I bought this TV for my husband for Christmas and the whole family absolutely loves it. The picture and sound are awesome. The color is great, I cannot say enough good things about this TV and for $479.00 and free shipping it was a steal!

I have been in the market for a 65" TV for about a year and had narrowed my choices down to 3 Samsung models and one TCL model....after an extensive review of the four models, I choose this as being an excellent entry level point to 4K smart TVs. Had the TV for about a month and absolutely satisfied. As a note, mounting holes in the back of the TV are placed near the top vs. other TVs placement more toward the middle...you need to take this into consideration when choosing a bracket and/or height of mounting.

I am a big Samsung tv lover. I bought this tv as an upgrade for my 55" Samsung. the picture quality is top notch. the ease of setup was great. we stream all of our video stuff so the Apple TV 4k I bought with it works great. highly recommend this tv.
