Already broken!

We have no picture anymore after using this product only twice per week since purchasing it. I've purchased 7 Insignia TVs since January 2017 and have not had a single issue. What's worse is that Best Buy is telling me that I need to resolve this issue directly with Samsung, which is irritating considering that I have spent almost $9000 at Best Buy this year alone.

After 1 year and 6 month got a dark spot

Warranty was for 1 year only, so it’s bot eligible. GeekSquad will charge $180 only to check if they can fix it and it will be additional $$$ for parts and labor if they can fix it. It doesn’t make any sense for me to fix it.

Dead pixels everywhere

There are dozens of dead pixel lines on the screen right now. Avoid the headache and just don't buy this TV.
