Initially we were super pleased with our purchase of the Samsung 65 inch smart TV. Then we discovered clouding on the screen. When Beatbuy replaced it with a second TV, the clouding was worse, and we were told that's just the way Samaung are. It has to do with their Led's not up to quality. So here we are with a TV with severe clouding in the bark tones. Seems to me Samsung would have addressed that issue before bringing them to market

I really enjoy this TV! I returned the first one as I was getting some white blotches in the background when viewing a dark screen (like in between scenes in a movie). Best buy delivered a new one without question and packed up the old one. I seemed to notice a similar issue with the new one but after about 2 weeks, it just went away. I am not sure what the problem was. I adjusted my picture (with some advice on AV forums assisted by a web search) and probably the biggest help was turning off Auto Motion Plus feature which made the TV picture look more natural. Just take the time to experiment with the settings. I enjoy sports and the picture is awesome, especially for football (have not had it long enough to see baseball). I really cant comment on the sound as I am using a new Yamaha receiver (really a must to update your receiver when you buy a new TV... my old one was not even set up for HDMI... enough said). I did connect to the internet and you tube videos view nicely on the screen. I will be hooking up a wireless keyboard soon as the current search setup using the remote is cumbersome. Have not used any movie streaming features as of yet. The setup was easy and wall mount a breeze (still need 2 people to put it on the mount but only due to its size, not the weight). I am using a fully articulating wall mount that is perfect for our large room with multiple potential viewing angles. Mounting my new Klipsch bookshelf side speakers on the wall really completes a clean look. I also took advantage of a price match from a local competitor, not a problem for best buy. I really think this is a good value for the money at this time, but as always, technology will advance and something better will come out... just get used to upgrading every 3-4 years and enjoy what you buy today!

Great tv, great picture and sound quality. Connection to internet was difficult. I had to enter setting and passwords eveytime. After a month this problem is gone. Very long learning curve for tv :-) Buy a keyboard if you plan to surf online. It is really hard to type with remote. Sunsung keyboard works great. Be carefull with connectors. Better use 90*, otherwise you may break them. Connectors are perpendicular to the back. Usually theyare parralel to the screen.

I am use to Plasmas and I had to get this one because the store did not have any of the Plasma TVs I wanted...Overall the picture quality is good but if you like movies looking fake or too real this HD LED is the way to go...I am guessing the White balance or the pixel color is the result of that but not sure. I do like this TVs 3D capability where it recognizes the glasses with ease. Make sure you buy the right 3D glasses for it...Not ALL Samsung 3D Glasses are the same. Movies and Games are awesome with 3D...I was skepticle in getting a TV with 3D but I am glad I have a choice in watching it in 2D or 3D. Others are seeing shadows but in the short time I have used this TV I have not seen them. I would recommend connecting it via CAT-5 if your wireless in the house is not that good. It always kept on disconnecting until I connected it via CAT-5.

Love being able to watch Netflix from the smart feature, love the large screen. We had Best Buy come out and calibrate it, was worth the cost for that. Hubby and I enjoy watching 3D movies just wish there was more of them out there.

I got this model TV to replace my newer 60 inch Samsung LED 3-D TV. That was a 240htz newer model. Only because I wanted a larger TV and I got a great deal. This one is a 65 inch and is last years model, it's a 120htz. The picture quality and refresh rate from 240htz back to 120htz is like night and day difference! It's like going from a floor model TV to a flat panel. But due to the fact I got a sweet deal on this TV from bestbuy, I can't complain. Overall it's a great tv but I wouldn't recommend paying retail prices for it, there are other samsung models in a 60 inch for around the same price that blow this thing out of the water with picture clarity.

This TV is awesome. I love the picture quality and the 3D feature is great. All of the features are easy to use and very simple to get it connected to the internet. I would recommend this TV to anyone.

This tv replaces a 67 inch dlp in a man cave. Out of the box the picture is very good but you have to fine tune iy to make it really impressive. There are several blogs with the "best settings" set ups out ther and I do recomend using them. The firmware update is a must also.I have mine plugged into my network by wire so no wifi needed and the internet apps are fast and responsive. The remote functions well but could be layed out much better. Not very easy to navigate.

This replaced a 60" Sony and has a much better picture and features. It was a snap to install and is easy to use. Some white spots on dark scenes, mostly noticed when watching "Lost" on Netflix. On the down side, the Internet browser and Facebook app are worthless.

I was interested in a Led in the 65-70 inch range. I got this tv on a great deal and I have been extremely impressed. Picture quality is sharp with many tweaks that can be addressed for your viewing room. 3D picture is astounding. Images pop. Great TV.

This is a big TV with a really good picture. The set up was very easy and the remote is easy to use. Not complicating like some other models. For the person that wants the complete package; picture quality. size and ease of use. This TV is for you.

This is an expensive supposedly SMART 3D HDTV. I say supposedly because it either won't connect to the internet or it won't stay connected. I have a Sony Blu Ray 3D player beside this tv and it does not have any problems connecting or staying connected to the internet. When I can finally connect to the internet with this tv and TRY to stream a movie the movie stops every few seconds. Thus, I am unable to stream movies so the SMART part of this tv is worthless. When I am watching tv or a blu ray movie the color changes. I am watching the movie and then the color will fade and a few minutes later the color will brighten. I must constantly readjust the color. The sound is poor. It sounds like a tin can. The speakers are at the back of the tv. The 3D is good but once again the color fades and brightens on it's own. You have to buy a special cord to connect this tv to a soundbar. I would not recommend this tv to anyone.

I'm really pleased with this purchase. The picture is amazing! TV shows that I watched before look completely different with this TV. I haven't adjusted any of the settings but I may do so, or have it professionally calibrated. I have read many reviews that highly recommend it. I'm not sure if the auto-dim feature can be turned off or adjusted; that's the only thing that I don't love about it. Sometimes the TV seems to dim for no apparent reason. Other than that, it's perfect!

I love this TV. It's easy to set up, it's perfect for watching blue day and 3D movies. I am happy with this tv. It's the best purchase that I have made in a very long time. Having a smart tv is the way to go in this time.

Great picture, great TV, but menu navigation is pretty clunky. Built in emanual is less than helpful.

We upgraded to a 65 inch screen and absolutely love it! The picture quality is awesome! We really like the clear picture, color, brightness, etc. It makes us realize how dark our previous t.v. had become.

Picture Quality is great, hooked in nicely w/ my Samsung Surround Sound System I already had using the SMART system. A lot of the movies we watch on the movie channels look like they are in 3D already.

TV has picture perfect quality. Easy to navigate. Love the apps option. My favorite applications are Netflix, Pandora, and Yahoo. Has great features for my children in the applications section.

I was burgled!!! I guess they wanted my high dollar major name brand 60" LED, 3D, Internet TV more than I did. Luckily,the dumb bunny's must of only wanted the TV, and were in a hurry. They left the 3D glasses and remote and they were actually quite gentle with unplugging everything. The 65" Samsung so far is head and shoulders above My previous make which also started with an "S". The 3D is awesome and sooo much better than my former TV. The colors are much brighter ,as is the screen. Thanks to the "LL" smash and grabbers, I got to upgrade, I even get to upgrade my front door, you "LL's"!!!

We are so pleased with the purchase of this TV. Love the picture quality. Makes even sitcoms look real life. Also the adjustable glare thing-a ma-jig is great.
