Picture was clear. Setup was easy. Best Buy delivery crew SUCKED with a capital AWFUL. Never experienced anyone so rude who didn't even know store policy. HORRIBLE. When the automated survey asked for my feedback and a callback number to discuss....we'll its been a month and nothing. Back to the TV. Weird thing was I didn't know about judder or read anything about judder prior to purchase. As soon as I knew it and noticed it, I couldn't get past it. Saw it on every movie. Annoying. Football was no good as the grass was splotchy and blurry. Couldn't handle fast movement. But watching news, etc. was fine. Returned for JS850D from Costco. Didn't want to deal with Best Buy delivery team.

We replaced a very old tv set so there is no doubt that any new technology would be great but the ease of operation and quality of picture is beyond belief for the Samsung 4K UltraHD tv set. Geek Squad has been a great help in setting up home theater and we enjoy set immensely.

Have always liked Samsung products. When I couldn't get a plasma i opted for the 65' Samsung 4K. Great picture w/easy set up and usage. Sound is actually pretty good but,of course better w/soundbar. So far,so good!

The newer TVs keep getting better and lighter. Very easy to set up, use, and it looks great. The picture quality is amazing and can easily be seen from across the room and from the a joining kitchen as well. We also bought the Samsung wireless surround system that has Bluetooth connection to the TV and it was truly the easiest entertainment system I had ever set up.

Prior to this experience, I have never made a major purchase at Best Buy and was skeptical about their pricing. Historically I had made similar purchases from one of the Big-Box Membership Only Wharehouse stores. I was not intending to actually purchase this TV when I went to Best Buy to continue my research of various brands/models. The Best Buy team member was so helpful, informative and patient as I verified other vendors pricing online and as I fumbled through the research I brought. In the 65" 4K Ultra HD Class, this model was the clear winner for best value to me (as I have continued to check both before the purchase and 1-1/2 months after). I was so certain of the value, I uncharactoristically bought this TV right on the spot and brought it home the same day. Picture quality is absolutely tremendous, better at home that it was in the store. I am very happy with the choice of make/model and my BestBuy purchase experience in general.

I bought this TV during the Black Friday deals and have been very happy with it for these last 30 days. The 4K picture is amazing and matches up well with the much more expensive sets. Only (minor) negative is a little motion slowness in certain action films but it's negligible. Don't expect the upscaling feature to bring normal programming up to 4k but it does improve it to maybe 1080P (for standard 1080I in). I have not taken the time to optimize all the settings so these minor issues might be remedied later.

Easy set up with HDMI cables. One exception, I used an optical cable to connect the receiver to the TV. I would highly recipommend. It takes 1 click on the smart button and your on the Internet or Netflx. Great color.

The set was well packaged. It was a breeze to set-up and the picture quality is excellent. Menu and features are easy to navigate. Makes watching sports more enjoyable.

This set has a great picture and has all the features I was looking for. I am happy with the purchase. H.H. Gregg had it for a few dollars cheaper, but it wasn't with the gas to drive there. I thought they might offer to meet the price, but Best Buy did not.

This is our first flatscreen tv and we are very impressed with the quality of the picture and ease of use. I've heard a lot of negatives about Samsung and the sound but honestly, unless your used to a home theatre or sound bar, it sounds fine to us.

It's a perfect dimension to fit in our family room cabinetry. It has great resolution and w/ maximized screen size for better viewing. Being a Smart TV, it's much easier to program and synchronize it w/ the other electronic equipment in our family entertainment room. Very sharp 4K resolutions.

I decided to purchase this TV due to it being on sale. I had been TV shopping for a while and jumped at the opportunity when it went on sale. I'm very happy with the purchase. The picture and definition are great. And its everything I'd expect from a SmartTV. Definitely recommend.

The color is beautiful. The image is sharp. Works well with our sound system. The TV is larger and better than our previous TV.

We have a 55" Samsung Tv that is seven years old and have had good luck with it. We decided to get a 65" for our family room and knew that a Samsung would be our choice of brand. We are not disappointed! It has a great picture and features. We added a Samsung sound bar which was wise, because the TV speakers are kind of weak. The Geek Squad installed it for us, because we are inept at setting things up ourselves. That was well worth the money! Best Buy gave us great service and we thought that the price was very reasonable.

We love Samsung TVs and wanted to upgrade to a SmartTV in order to watch Netflix. I love how big this TV is, the clear clarity and easy of hooking it up. We haven't quite found our "sweet spot" color settings yet, but we have no complaints. The only thing I miss is that this TV doesn't swivel like our 55" one did.

Recently bought this and vizio. Both have similar picture quality, enough to say one is not better than the other. The real difference between the two is the "smart" and user interface. The interface on the samsung is better than the vizio and same goes for the smart interfacing. The samsung is programed more intuitively and they spent more time delivering on the interfaces. For example, the guide on the samsung has a more information than the vizio on antenna tv channels. The comparisons continue with other facets of the functionality and if I were going to score functionality of the two (1 to 10 scoring) I would give the samsung a 7 and vizio a 6.

This was an easy set-up. I realized the quality immediately and got even more excited when the color and Sharpe picture exceeded my expectations. Happy customer here.

We really enjoy this tv, it has great color, contrast and 4k picture quality. The only thing we have had trouble with is the wifi signal. every once in a while it shows having a good connection, but netflix or amazon video will not load. Not sure if the issue is with the tv or the wireless router.

This TV attempts to lock you into the South Korean way. There are a number of extra special attributes that this TV could have (above and beyond the awesome stuff that comes standard), but you need other Samsung products to get access to them. Chiefly, "screen mirroring," which the instructions say, "if your cell phone or computer doesn't say 'I have screen mirroring,' then it doesn't and you cannot use it." But the screen is clear and with ULTRA 4k, the look is almost as good as plasma. And, it says on the big yellow sticker that you'll only spend $45 per year running your TV if you only turn it on 3 hours per day! And it's a REALLY BIG TV! NB: We don't have Samsung cell phones. It'd be great to screen mirror, so that we could type stuff on our cell phones and get it to bump over to the REALLY BIG TV. But, we're getting used to using the remote control.
