Purchased this TV when it was on sale in January (2019) after doing some extensive research on other brands (Sony, TCL, Sharp, & LG). The picture quality is very good especially in a room that has a lot of natural light. The TV is thin and includes a feature that allows you to neatly run the power cord to your wall outlet. Audio quality using only the TV’s speakers is clear and soundtracks are crisp. Setup was simple and if you have a Samsung phone, there is an app.

The best for this price point. So clear. The sound is amazing even without the sound bar. There are no audio rca outs so you will need a converter for older sound equipment. No big deal on amazon. There are no buttons to turn the Tv on should you lose a remote. Only two HDMI inputs but also two usb inputs. The quality is top notch just missing a couple of bells and whistles.

We love the picture quality, color contrast, and ease of use of this TV. It was a welcome upgrade from our 1080p.

The TV size is great, the color is amazing, I just wish they would let the regular TV play in the store instead of a high contrast qled prerecorded video that replays over and over

Great picture quality. Has many HDMI plug-ins with easy access. Volume is great and we do not have a sound bar. Will probably get one in the future for "movie theater" like experience. Geek Squad took great care of us. Very knowledgable staff, will recommend to anyone when mounting a TV especially to brick. Had issues with pricing but in the end they took care of us very well! Great customer service. Will stick with Best Buy for all major electronic purchases.
