TV has a very good quality picture. The setup was very easy. The remote and screens are easy to work.

We have had the Samsung 65" for a little over 2 weeks. I used the Best Buy Store's delivery and install service. The installers were prompt according to the scheduled time. They were also very professional and friendly. I am pleased with that service. The TV is great, I can't think of anything that I would want to improve in the product. It starts right away and has a good picture. It is like having your own theater in your living room.

Bought this tv on Black Friday, have had it roughly a month now and I can honestly say that I love it. I have always had Sony products, but wanted to give Samsung a try, since they did so well with the note 9, in my opinion. They have made it very easy to connect your phone. Surround sound systems and the Xbox. Picture is perfect. UHD is fantastic, if you are looking for a 65” tv Samsung really did the consumer a favor on this one.

This tv offers your biggest bang for your buck. 4k picture w/ HDR - motion rate 120 ... Not bad at all even at the regular price for this television. The smart TV features seem to have every app for streaming purposes. YouTube works well. Not sure what more you would need. No real complaints here. 5 star option for value alone. Great purchase!

I like this TV very much. I looks great with all the 4K games I play on it including Netflix shows. The one thing I don't get is why Samsung cheaped out the remote for the bigger TV's. The remote for my friends' 45" and 65" Samsungs have the slick black remote with the circle dial, and I got one that was very plastic and had all these buttons on it. Other than the remote, you won't regret your purchase with this TV.

This is my first smart tv and it is easy to use and navigate along with having a great picture.

Great Tv so far! Got a great deal trading an old TV in as well. Use it for gaming, movies, etc.
