Has a beautiful picture and sounds good I would buy another

I love this tv, the picture is very clear. The only thing I am dissatisfied by is that randomly it will turn on by itself. Nothing else is connected to it. So at night I disconnect it from wall.

I have purchased Samsung TV's over the years and they of course seem to be getting better and better!! This one was on display in the store and caught my attention.. moved my 55" MU7000 and installed this one!!! Bedroom looks like a theatre!!

This is a great tv. To enjoy the full experience of this tv, make sure you get the appropriate cables (4K rated HDMI).

I bought this, to treat myself to a big Tv not only the tv was big, but the price was big in SAVINGS.

Go with 4k uhd is the best tv make sure you are getting tgr full pixels on settings

Left side of the screen started to flicker indeterminately after 5 months. Filed a report with samsung who sent out a tech to make repairs. They came with a deficient part and the left side of the screen was now dark. Tech cam back later again with a deficient part and was unable to make the repairs. Tech returned a 3rd time and deemed the tv not repairable. 2 star rating since we are now getting a replacement tv.

This TV decided to ruin itself just under two years of owning it. There is a dark shadow over the left 20% of the screen. After all the recommended troubleshooting and contacting Samsung multiple times they tell me that the only solution is having a technician come out to service it for $200+. Very frustrating, especially after reading a 12 page thread on their community support forums, where many others are experiencing a similar (unprovoked) issue. This TV barely made it two years! I loved my Samsung TV (when it worked...) , but due to unaccountability for their product, I will not be purchasing another one.

Just after 1 year of service, 1/4 of the left screen has burnt out. Unfortunately i skipped the extended warranty, due to my trust in the Samsung product.... Bad move.. Samsung does not back their product beyond 1 year. Luckily this happened before I was just about to buy 3 more of their TV's. Looks like I will be switching brands.

This is my 2nd Samsung TV and it's a piece of crap already getting dark shadows on my TV and it's not even been 2 years since I've own this tv.

I know the new 8 series is available, but I was OK with purchasing the 7 series because of the great deal Samsung and Best Buy were offering. I tested at least 5 other TVs in this price range, read reviews, did my research and found for the money this TV delivers everything we needed and wanted. First of all, Best Buy store pick up option is amazing. They are very friendly and the process is easy. This TV came as a package with a free new Samsung Tablet during Black Friday, which was a nice perk. Pulling this very large TV out of the box was easy with the lift top packaging. The setting it up and registering I did on my phone with the Samsung app (which by the way links all your Samsung devices together in one dashboard, including remote controls), and the first time we turned it on...all of us went WHOA! The color and picture using 4K streaming content was amazing, definitely better than what we were used to. The size is perfect for our family room...with the sound bar we already owned we feel like we're in the theater. It brought both my teenagers to the family room to watch together, which rarely happened with our old TV. If you're looking for a great TV option, don't have a gaming "motion rate" you need but just want a good looking TV with brilliant picture, buy this one. From one avid researcher to another...

I bought the NU7100 series 65" after comparing it to the Black Friday NU6070 offer and the NU6900. The 7100 basically has more HDMI and usb options than the other two. Non-2160p content like digital HD cable is going to look the same on all 3 tv's to the average consumer. After purchasing, you will need to spend time fine tuning all the advanced video settings before you're happy; there are lots of great vids online to help! Football and hockey look great, other HD broadcasts look sharp. As far as some of the reviews saying sports and action films don't look good on this tv, it's not true. You have to understand this model has a low refresh rate and you're only going to be "wowed" by the picture when you plug in a 4K source like bluray. 4K content looks amazing. Would look better with a more expensive 240hz refresh rate tv model but I'm not complaining. I was on a budget and am extremely happy with the upgrade from my 3 year old Samsung 59" LED!

So far I am very pleased with this television. Setup was easy, it has several very good smart-tv apps that cover all of our cord cutting needs. The smart hub UI is nice, definitely better than our older smart-tv. The picture quality is quite good. The only complaint is that the remote cannot be programmed with codes (that I can find) to say, control the volume of your audio receiver or control your DVD player. Some functionality can be obtained if your other component is CEC compatible and connected correctly, but it would be nice to have some programming capability with the remote.
