Fantastic upgrade!

I wasn't really expecting a big change while watching our HD cable channels but boy was I wrong!! We can see a huge difference! And streaming shows/movies on 4k is just icing on the cake. I hope this TV will last a very long time. Never been so in awe with a TV before. I'm enjoying every minute of viewing.

Sensitive and fragile

If you have to move in the near future, don’t buy this tv, it’ll be difficult to transport without risk of breaking it. The screen can be finnicky and sensitive, possibly ruining the picture, but if this is going to your forever home- perfect. Once you set it up, don’t move it.

Cheap and good quality

Amazing TV

Best Buy had a sale on this model, and went and viewed it in store and were utterly amazed with the picture quality. Best Buy Staff was amazing, by showing us different TV's and were very patient with us. This TV did fit in the back of a KIA Soul, but we had to leave the tailgate up.

great picture on tv

Cable company did not appear to know how to hook up the tv Samsung help desk worked with cable person for over a hour helping them detect the problem. The problem was with the techs cable. The free channels the came on the TV were useless
