Easy to install, great picture and easy to control

This TV has a beautiful picture and is easy to use.

The TV is great and the standard remote that comes with it works well. The only thing I wish it had is the new smart remote with voice control. The salesman was showing me the remote on the other Samsungs and I thought that's what came with this TV when I purchased it. Turns out it does not. Kind of a bummer, but I'm still overall happy with the TV.

TV was purchased for my Mother-in-law. She has dry eye macular degeneration and her vision is beginning to fail. With this Samsung 65" LED TV she can now see the screen and loves the clarity. She can also read the scrolls at the bottom of the screen that she could not read on her other tv. Such a plus for her!

The picture is great. The Setup was easy, It took some playing with menus to figure out how to expand the picture for letterbox DVD's using the custom picture size function. I wish it has at least two custom picture size settings. The Blue-ray player buttons are a little small and hard to find in low light.

This is a good buy if you are looking for a good 4K TV under $1000. Good for gaming and sports. I do see some image blur on some fast moving pictures when watching movies but as my first 4K purchase it doesn't bother me. The color quality is great. If you are looking for the absolutely best picture quality, refresh rate, and all the bells and whistles and have the budget, spend the extra couple hundred bucks on the upgraded model

This is one of the best TVs I could have bought for the price. Super clear and crisp quality, countless amounts of video and sound settings. And the availability to sync all of my Samsung devices seamlessly to it (subwoofer, surround sound, devices) makes it a must have for me.

I investigated many possibilities online, asked friends about their recent purchases, and checked out Best Buy passes on my options. I was pleased with the service at the site and very pleased with the efficiency and attentive of the installation. Great picture, great sound, and comfortable viewing.

TV delivered on time and installed professionally as requested. The UHD definitely stands out and it has been a reliable TV. Its a great HD TV for the price. My next TV purchase will have a better HD picture quality, which is not a huge knock on this product as this is a great value buy.

Everything about this TV is cool. I've never owned a smart TV but this is everything I would want u can use the internet have Netflix even use your linked Samsung phone with it you tube it's a computer all in one. Plus you can do screen share if you have Samsung phones I got my mom to buy one as well

I love Samsung product, no complaint from the quality is good and so far no issues with the tv. The tv has is own tv but you can download different apps from the Samsung website. For the sound i used the Beam from Sonos, very good sound from that sound bar.

Amazing picture I would have to spend thousands more for a better picture. More expensive HD’s need the perfect signal to show the difference, in the real current world that signal is rare with the exception of special HD blue rays. Stores showcase the TVs with special signals that one does not have at home!

We went to Best Buy to compare prices while TV shopping and found this great 65" TV for A LOT less than Costco! The picture and sound are fantastic, the TV looks great and the installation service was the bomb! The Geek Squad set up our sound bar to our remotes and took care of everything for us. 100%

Great smart tv. From its picture quality to its functionality. My one quip is the sound quality. Like most big screen tv they almost force your hand in buying a sound bar. Which I highly recommend with this set. Otherwise it's an excellent purchase.

I got this one for the bedroom but it could easily serve as the primary TV for your living room. image quality is very good, sound quality is surprisingly good. sure a soundbar will improve it but is not required. the Samsung smart hub is faster than in older models. the price was also very good.

this is a very solid TV. Sometimes it is a bit slow to recognize your commands with the controller but maybe that varies from TV to TV. I would recommend this product to most anyone. The picture is very clear. The only knock I would have on the size the controller being a bit slow is the speakers aren’t that great. You definitely need to get your own sound system to get the full affect of the TV.

We recently purchased a QLED 82” tv for our movie room and needed something new for our bedroom. We decided on this one due to the price and picture quality. You can’t beat their deal for the price of a 4K tv and at this size. Great picture, it far off from the QLED for a quarter of the price!

I am a huge movie fan and I can believe how awesome this delivers the picture quality I've been dreaming about in my home. With my recent upgrade to a more compatible Bluetooth sound bar set with wireless subwoofer and I my movie theater at home.

Missing the Blue tooth connection feature. Otherwise a great TV and excellent picture quality
