First smart TV. Found it easy to set up and access multiple programs I use like Netflix, hulu, and Amazon prime. Unable to check out 4K service yet as my service hasn't worked all of the bugs yet in their equipment, but looking forward to checking it out when they do.

I has been wanting a larger screen TV for a while. Finally got the opportunity to afford so I purchased for a great price! So far everything about this television works perfectly!

Bought this during black friday, i’m really happy with this, image quality is fine, i’m not a real expert on image or sound but for what i want it (movies) this product is just great..

Great size, Great Picture, easy to use remote with or without cable. Samsung TV provides good content for streaming. You won't miss cable.

Recently upgraded our 50 inch Vizio to the 65 inch Samsung 4K. What a big difference in picture quality and power on response. Set up and calibration was fairly easy with You Tube help.

At first, I wasn’t overly impressed, but after we bought a fancier HDMI cable for our Dish, it’s a beautiful picture! I really enjoy watching Blue Planet on it. Spectacular clarity!

Awesome tv, great picture, I can see all details better than any other tv I have owned. Love the size not too big and not to small.

The picture on this TV is very clear. Set-up was a breeze. The only issue so far with it is the sound is not very loud even on cable tv shows, think we will end up buying a sound bar for it. We always get good customer service from Best Buy, delivered with no problems.

Samsung 65" 7100. Picture was very good as well as sound for the price. I actually like the older remote model over the smart one which I have on another Samsung 8500 TV. Easy to set up.

This was a replacement for the NU6900 series one that went bad within a few days of purchase. It's got good sound and a beautiful picture. I'm a big fan of Samsung products.

I bought this TV after removing an old 40" TV from an entertainment center. Holy cow what a great 4K picture this thing has. satisfied is an understatement.

quality is awesome. sound is surprisingly good. The only problem I have is gaming. The tv seems to lag quite a bit when I’m playing Xbox. Wouldn’t recommend if you plan on using it for a game room or anything. Other then that I don’t have any problems with it.

The picture quality is very good and the sound is good for such a thin flat screen. We have a sound bar but it is set to a low setting.

A good basic 4k TV. I am actually using it as a computer monitor, given its price is competitive with some good 32" monitors. Loving it. I could not rate 5 star as I have an OLED tv to compare it with, so appreciate picture quality. It does meet my needs.

Bought on black Friday weekend, and installed a few days later. The picture is great while connecting with hdmi video, a bit grainy with uhf/vhf signal. Over all happy with quality.

This Samsung TV has all the features I need. The picture quality is great and even though it was an open box purchase it was in perfect condition. Very happy with my purchase.

Nice picture and sound, and not too heavy. We have this in a medium sized room, and it fits perfectly. If our room was bigger, we’d go with a larger screen. I am partial to Samsung.

This replaced an older LG that had been dying slowly over the years. Fantastic picture and sound plus the internet apps like VUDU and Netflix load super fast Very satisfied.

I purchased this TV for a birthday gift for my husband. He loves it. Has a crisp picture and simple remote. I would highly recommend.

The advancement in picture quality continues to amaze me. The product is everything your salesman said it would be. The addition of a sound bar truly made viewing a great experience.
