When I bought the device, I asked the person in charge if this device had Bluetooth. He replied in the affirmative, but unfortunately I did not find out that there was no Bluetooth until a year later when I bought the sound system, and I discovered that the TV did not have Bluetooth service, so I was very sad. please Who is responsible to solve this problem for me, thank you.

It has worked flawlessly. I wanted to buy another one for my second living room but they are not available anymore. I have Hulu, Netflix and Amazon subscriptions. The built in apps are great. No issues with the OS. At first I thought the built in Wi-Fi was giving out as I was having problems while streaming. Turns out my Wi-Fi router was going bad.
