Incredible picture I just love this television set.

Couldn’t be happier, great TV and smart functions. Use this for web browsing watching SPFL club football works great. Has downloadable apps, showtime, Apple TV etc. came with amazon, Netflix and Hulu already installed. Easy to switch between them all with user friendly menu

Just got this TV. Hooking it up wasn’t very hard. Picture is amazing so far. I still need to get it hung on my wall... but so far so good!!

The picture quality is good. I can’t speak to the sound quality because I use a sound bar. My complaint with this tv is the ambient light sensor. No matter the setting it will occasionally flick from darker to brighter at a rapid pace with the blinds open or closed in the room sometimes even at night. I have not been thrilled with reliability of Samsung tv that I own, but I like the picture quality better than other brands.

Love how easy the set up was. It actually paired itself to all my devices. Highly suggest the 4K HD cables Really does make a difference.

Spend a few minutes to get to know your tv. Then you can go through and set it up like you'd like. While it is a smart tv, I mainly use mine as a monitor. When I cut the cord, as they say, I'll know more about the smart features. I did buy a 4K UHD dvd player and watched my first movie. Fantastic!

For the price, this tv is a great intro into the QLED line from Samsung. Huge upgrade in terms of color range and clarity compared to a Samsung 8000 series. Looks great in a room with plenty of natural sunlight, and as long as there is no direct window light shining on the screen the display is plenty ample.

I fell in love. I wasn’t happy with hubbys initial decision to purchase this set, but fell in love. Gorgeous panel, no wash out or fading. And the fact Samsung will replace no matter when if there’s burn in or if pixels die is a huge plus!

Returned polk sound bar with issues and spent extra money and bought a Bose. Better sound and as of this short time , working fine

The resolution in our case is limited by the resolution of the cable provider (1080) but we are very satisfied with our picture results.

Love the TV but no more one connect box, free sync is awesome feature, great for gaming, nice color just dissatisfied with black level

We have owned this TV for a while now and have been very happy with picture and the functionality of the set itself.

Overall love Samsung and have always been a proponent of their TVs. Hung my 65” on our brick accent wall in our NYC apt. Sleek look and love the ambient mode which basically makes the tv blend in with the surrounding walls behind it, in this case a brick wall. Only complaint is that the fire stick freezes over and over in the hdmi ports. Seems to be an issue with the universal remote and called Samsung and they couldn’t figure it out. Used fire stick in many other devices and it works fine and consistently.

Like i said awesome picture but poor sound you're forced to buy a sound bar. For the price i paid for it, the sound should be better
