I bought it open box (the remote was missing and one of the legs had a scratch) and i am so happy i did! This was one of my best purchases best buy and i was shocked that this was delivered like a brand new TV to my house.

Replacing the back light years after purchase isn’t that hard to do as well. My last one lasted about 4 years and I think I had a bad unit so no worries with this purchase

I have to say that this television has been amazing. The quality of the TV is exactly what I had expected. I am very satisfied with my purchase. I would definitley recommend this television to my family and friends.

I thought it was merely a flaw with this unit, but I found out that it is an issue with all edge lit LEDs. the same uniformity problem was displayed on reviews online, and the technician says it is not a flaw but a design problem. https://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews/samsung/q6fn-q6f-q6-2018 see gray uniformity and you will see the same problem on the web page.

Easy to set-up, but still playing with the settings to get the picture that's best for my choice of programming. The frustrating part was seeing this TV drop FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS 20 days after I purchased it, I should have bought it from Costco. Best Buy only allows 15 days to return.

The Q6F Series is designed with several preset picture modes and custom settings, allowing you to adjust images to your liking.
The Dynamic Mode is the brightest among all presets. Standard Mode is ideal for home and regular viewing.
Movie Mode is the closest setting to calibration the way the director intended as it uses less enhancement and will likely result in the truest picture.

It has Game mode for when he plays his PS4 and when I’m on the Hulu and YouTube apps, it looks as if I’m there (if that makes sense). Samsung did well with this particular model.

In my opinion a good price for this tv should be $899.
