Picture resolution is great. A little difficult to navigate with Comcast. Comcast remote only accesses Comcast/Xfinity. Other apps can only be accessed using Samsung remote

This tv is awesome. I took one star away because I am disappointed with its SmartThings integration. Though the integration sort of works, it does so inconsistently. Plus I can’t even turn on the tv through the app. However, the tv as a standalone unit is great. I also get top notch features which I think is a bargain for the price.

Wife and I absolutely love this, especially the 4K content. Absolutely awesome. Remote is minimalist but packs a punch. Controls all devices seamlessly with hardly any setup.

the sales people were so helpful (meaning the sales guys sided with my husband to get the 65" instead of the 55" that i wanted) It was all in fun. They were GREAT!

Everuthing about the tv is wonderful. The remote is the only issue. It looses the sync with the tv way too much. I have to rsync at least once a week

We had a flawless installation by the Geek Squad. We hardly knew they were there. Love the new TV. Great resolution Can’t wait to use all the Smart features.

Perfect fit in the family room above the fire place. Very clean lines around the edges of the TV. Best Samsung TV I brought thus far. Always a big Samsung fan.

With so many choices today on TV, we got this one. We have Samsung phones, watches and refrigerator why not a TV. We made the right choice hands down!

I was considering the Samsung Frame but this TV offered the Same functionality, for a better price. It has amazing clarity and looks good from any angle

Geek members did a wonderful job of installing our tv and sound bar above our fireplace. They were very courteous and careful in handling the setup.

The clarity is amazing! It’s just the right size for my living room. I just bought a 4K Ultra HD DVD to watch in my new player. I expect to be blown away!
