Love the picture with this QLED TV. We quickly figured out how to get rid of the "soap opera" effect and since then have had zero complaints with the picture quality. Audio is a little weird in that we seem to notice the difference in volume between channels more than with our last TV. Some channels are fine at level 15 and others need to crank up to the 70's and 80's to get the same level of volume. Using the Apps is pretty easy. We haven't been overly impressed with the voice remote though. I've used the Xfinity voice remote and the Amazon Fire Stick voice remotes in the past and loved them, but this voice remote doesn't produce the same results. More often than not, we get frustrated. But with all that said, this is a great TV and we are happy with it.

This television is extremely bright with great color quality and super fast refresh rate with no trailing.

I bought this to replace a decade old Sharp Aquos 40” and the difference is night and day. There are a lot of options to customize the picture to your preference. It automatically adjusts between game mode, movie mode, and tv mode depending on what device you have input at the time. I would recommend this to anyone upgrading that isn’t in the market for 8k or whatever crazy tech comes out next

4K HDR movies and TV shows are absolutely beautiful. Easy setup and versatile connections too.

First I bought a cheaper tv that had pretty good ratings. I must have gotten the one bad egg in the basket. Best Buy was terrific! I Returned it and sprung the extra money for what I KNEW was a good product. This TV upgrades a HD signal to almost a 4K picture ! It is almost unnerving how real the image looks. My wife and I felt almost like we were standing next to the cameraman when the movies were filmed! SAMSUNG rules.

It has a great picture & smart features, but 4k isn't all that impressive beyond 6-7 feet.

Unbelievable picture quality, easy setup. Guide may be difficult for those who are not tech savvy.

Hands down one of the best QLED televisions on the market. Fantastic picture and super easy set up.

Picture is beautiful, menu is easy to navigate. At first the built in wifi wouldn't connect, so after looking online at suggestions we unplugged it and tried again and it connected right away. Have not had any problems since then. We also have a 55' Oled and the picture quality seems similar. We wanted a larger tv but did not want to spend as much for the Oled. We use a Bose sound bar so cannot comment on sound of tv.

This TV is so crisp. The colors are bright and clear. Now I wish I had gotten the 75 inch!!
