It looked about the same size as our old set when I took it out of the box. I thought we made a mistake and went too small when I first set it up, but it was just because the old set had a large bezel with smaller actual picture size. After watching and making a few adjustments, we are really pleased with it.

It has a two way communication with my sound system so not only the signal degenerate or received through the system gets the benefit of the great sound but also the signal generated by the TV (Online streaming) it's sent back to the sound system and I get full theater sound experience in my TV room. I love it!

Awesome TV

Upgraded from a 55” Samsung (love Samsung products) Remote is tiny and simple so not alot of options. Cable remote able to sync with it so no issue. Additionally, purchased on sale for 200 off, a week or so later was 300 off. Took receipt to best buy and they credited the 100 back no prob. Never had an issue with Samsung products so will keep sticking with them.

Beautiful picture, buggy firmware

This TV had great picture and fantastic features BUT the firmware for the OS is buggy, specifically with HDMI-CEC. If you use HDMI-CEC to control other devices via HDMI expect them to periodically stop talking to each other. The only resolution is to physically unplug the power from the TV and replug. I’m hoping for a future firmware to fix the issue. Still a beautiful TV though.

Here are some tips that may help alleviate the HDMI-CEC issue:
1. Make sure to use high speed good quality HDMI cables
2. Go to TV Menu > General > External Device Manger > Anynet+ (HDMI CEC) and toggle CEC off then On to refresh the connection
3. The most likely cause of this symptom is a single device outputting invalid CEC data disturbing communication. Disconnect all HDMI devices but one and test then start connecting other devices one at the time to isolate the culprit device (Cable boxes are notorious for causing such issues)

I would recommend this TV to anyone looking for an entry level QLED experience. The smart tv menu is quick and easy to navigate through. Also, the remote controls both the TV and Cable Box so I no longer have to use two remotes. It requires (4) M8x45mm screws with washers to wall mount.
