I had a Sony for years , then when it came time to buy a new TV I heard samsung came out with a really nice flat screen. So I got one. Its everything I heard and more. The colors jump out at you and the picture is of the highest quality. I say a master piece.

We upgraded from a much older flat screen tv and are just stunned by the picture quality and features of this set. There are a lot of tweaks to play with and some good guides on the internet to maximize the picture and sound settings. Highly recommended!

Getting the Geek Squad help to install was worth every dime. 65” of TV was way beyond our capacity to hang/install above the fireplace! The lessons on how to work a smart tv we’re great. Only downside on our part was the family emergency that has kept us from getting enough “viewing hours” to have the guy tweak the tv settings for “optimum performance.” Hope to resolve that next month. Can’t imagine or wait to see what “better” can look like!

Purchased a Samsung QLED 65” TV from Best Buy. Had the Geek squad set it up and deliver. Everything works great mostly from my Cable remote. Loved the communications about delivery time, etc. Used price match and other options to get a great deal.

2 years on this TV. What a great purchase. Great picture for cable TV, DVDs, and Xbox games. The streaming apps could be better, but not a big deal for us. We will be looking for a larger TV for another room.

I am Enjoying me New Samsung 65" QLED 4K TV , Beautiful Picture and Best Buy had the Best Price and Knowledgeable Staff ....Will Deferentially Recommend the Samsung QLED 4K TV and Best Buy!!

This is an all around great TV for the money. One complaint I have is that it loses audio connection with my Pioneer Elite/Bose system. I’ve read it’s a known problem of Samsung Q series tv’s. I’ve learned a work around for the most part which involves using a fire stick for everything. I would buy another Samsung tv if I needed. It’s picture quality is a little better than my hdr Sony 75”

This is one SmartTV!! I also have the Samsung 65’ Curve 8500 in our bedroom, I absolutely love it!! My Husband wanted Q Series so we upgraded the living room, he’s happy with it as well. We are both football fans, the picture & sound are both superb!!

So far, so good! Sound not as nice as last TV, but with TVs changing all the time now this could be a good thing. Love the WiFi, streaming, and ease of use - once you get to know it! Simple knowledge of a TV OS these days and you will love it too.

My Samsung television has an amazing picture. Vivid colors, deep blacks, good contrast. Best feature is the glare screening built in. The television is exposed to morning glare from sunrise and the picture is not diminished. Surprising but true.

Great picture and uniformity. Great black Friday price too. Only issue I have is an occasional black screen when playing ps4 pro. Seems to be fairly common with the pro and Samsung tvs but it happens infrequently enough to only be a minor annoyance.

I admit this was a splurge purchase but I love the size and the picture is amazing. When I can find a channel that's shot in high def, it looks like you're falling into the actual picture. It was on sale when I bought it and it was a great price.

I can't say enough about this TV it is absolutely amazing... It's actually so amazing that you have to get a JBL sound bar... Or it just won't give you what it should... And don't get a cheap sound bar get a JBL soundbar with this TV you'll thank me

I’ve always had Samsung TV’s and have always been happy. As always with every new model I purchase I am even more impressed with them. Still buying them and don’t plan on changing that.

I can't say enough great things about my new Samsung 65" QLED!!!! From the self-initiated setup, to the brilliant picture, and the Smart TV integration with all my apps, this TV is a fantastic!

The picture is awesome, and it has bluetooth wireless connection so I can use my headphones to listen to my shows. Using headphones comes in handy during late night viewing when others are sleeping. I can also cast from my iPhone, and the PC.

This TV offers a good selection of apps and I use many of them daily, it’s also integrated into my smart home features with my SmartThings hub. The picture and sound is great however I would recommend getting A sound bar for it.

This HDTV is the best on the market for the price. It was easy to setup and looks great on our wall. I love the minimal frame... it is almost nonexistent. I would recommend this purchase for anyone in the market for a new flatscreen TV.

The picture quality on this Samsung is fantastic. I've only had it a month now so will what it's like in six years. Have a 55" Panasonic Plasma that's 10 years plus and still going strong, but it can't compete with this new 65" Samsung so far....

WE RESEARCHED THE QLED PRIOR TO VISITING THE BEST BUY STORE. AFTER SEEING THE PICTURE QUALITY AND WITH THE AID OF THE KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF, WE WERE SOLD. AT THIS PRICE WE COULD not pass up.
