Awesome tv quality is super sharp and the speakers on the thing are amazing! Best touch is the matte finish no glares on this bad boy!

I LOVE most of the features of the Samsung Frame, especially the Art Mode feature for displaying custom art. I just have a couple complaints about the TV. Complaint 1 (Major): Samsung does not provide the ability to prevent app downloads; it only allows you to restrict app use with a pin after the app has been downloaded. This made it a nightmare to find/download/restrict problematic apps. This is a terrible limitation for parents and adults who want to apply parental controls. I wish Samsung required a pin before allow users to download any app. I assume this a problem for all Samsung TVs. Complaint #2 (minor): I have encountered software bugs when using the product, so it has not always functioned as desired. Bug issues seems to be random and not always repeatable, so I don't have specific bugs to list here. So far the issues with software bugs has been tolerable.

Amazing TV. The BEST TV I've ever purchased. Zero glare or reflection. Apps are easy to use. Beautiful display. Highly recommend.

Simple install. Looks great on the wall, responsive remote, love the added features of the game tab for a game night.

This is an outstanding TV for its purpose. Most TVs are useless black mirrors when off, this one is like having an entire art museum at your disposal. The hardware, the software, AND the subscription are all designed together to provide the art experience. The matte finish, ultra thin frame, light and presence sensors mean this TV physically displays art better than any other panel on the market. It looks and feels fantastic and at times it is really hard to know it is not a piece of framed art. As a traditional TV it is good, but not 'great' at displaying content. It is very good in bright rooms with reflections, not as premium in darker rooms vs. an OLED which can be had for the same or even less. Don't buy this if you primarily plan to use it as a traditional television. Sound quality is also really good, especially considering the thin panel. Real media fans will want a soundbar, but it is not a requirement for most people. The breakout box is big, but I love the thin single cord used to connect it to the TV. Again, very well designed for its use. The software is also excellent and designed to alternate between displaying art with art settings and displaying traditional TV media. its use of ambient light sensors and motion sensors is really smart and showcases that this TV is truly meant to be used as an art piece. It turns on magically when people are around and turns off when by itself, and its always at the right brightness for the room. Finally, this TV uses Samsung's Tizen OS which I find much much much faster than Google's Android TV. Everything is fluid and snappy. Finally, the $5/month subscription is a must have. Frankly it is an absolute bargain. It gives access to an art library of thousands of pieces from major and less welll known artists that can be displayed. Yes, you can find your own art, including personal photos, and use them. Many TVs can do this. But the acces to the ART museum for the price of a cup of coffee is amazing and a must-do if you are going to spend the money on this TV.

Good tv, one of the best one, looks like a frame picture and I love the art display when the tv is off.

Love the thin bezel. It sits up flash against the wall. The display has a matte coating that reduces reflections. The image quality is really good! The picture mode is also very impressive. The built in software is very quick and easy to navigate. The only downside is the panel is backlit so the blacks aren’t as deep. But you hardly notice that is regular use

I've had my eye on this TV for about 3 years. There was a big sale for Christmas and I pulled the trigger. I am so glad I did!! This is a game changer! I wish I could afford more! The art looks like art and the TV picture is amazing. I will say you need to get the upgraded frames to get the real look. I used Deco Frames and the result is incredible!

I absolutely love this tv! It has so many features I didn’t know it would have. I absolutely love the look of it and I love how it can change volume sounds just by the volume of the room. My kids love how it stays on showing any picture you want while it’s off! I would highly recommend it. So easy to understand.

Pretty TV. I have one big room attaching great room and kitchen. With the art up, it separates the two Rooms so nicely. Love it so much!

Truly beautiful picture, no glares from the sunlight and sits perfectly on the wall

I finally purchased and installed after thinking about it for over a year. I wish I hadn’t waited! The wall mount is included, and was fairly straight forward to install. I love the matte anti reflective screen. It really fools one into thinking its art because of this. I was also hessitant to purchase the art subscription, but decided to try it, and I really like it too. Well done Samsung!

We had the set installed and wall mounted. This 4K TV turned out to be better than expected. The picture is sharper, the colors are deeper and the images are brighter. The sound quality is much better than expected. We had to upgrade our cable and internet services to support such TV quality.

Very happy with our purchase. The screen quality is very good and the anti-reflection is a great addition with a room with lots of windows. My wife loves the frame look.

Was on the fence about getting the Frame tv for almost a year, but extremely happy with it. Love that I can put my own pictures as the background art. If you have a fireplace or mantle, this is the best tv you can get with the slim mounting.

Beautiful picture and tv, slim. Only complaint it’s hard to figure out how to turn tv on, instead of frame picture. It takes several attempts after nearly a year to watch a program. Once the tv is on, then we have to search for program, there are tons of options. Wish tv was a little simpler to use.

This Tv looks absolutely amazing above my fire place mounted on stone. Super slim and looks like a picture frame with no wires showing. Very clear picture and it’s awesome having our own custom slide show displayed when the TV is off.

Great TV with many apps built in. Remote is easy to navigate and picture and sound are excellent. The thin design and art feature makes this TV a true home decoration.

We bought this tv because our old tv had so much glare from the windows we couldn’t see where the puck was on the screen. This tv is pretty much glare free, has excellent clarity and we love the frame tv component as well.

Very impressed by the picture quality and overall performance of this 2024 Samsung Frame. The wall mount is different than our 2019 model but itshonestly easier to mount. Would recommend to a yone looking for a new tv.
