Excellent picture with warm life like color and definition. I would strongly recommend this TV to others. It is far more superior to the previous TV which was also a Samsung.

Love this tv. Picture quality and ease of use is why I love it. I do run everything through my AppleTV and Denon receiver, all works well.

I purchased this 65" QLED TV a week ago, it is replacing a 6yr old 55" 4K Samsung UHD w/Curved screen. I have to say, a week in and I am loving it. Great picture, paired right up with my old Samsung sound bar. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of the 5 is as follows: *My in-store experience was horrible. I am not going to type out a whole detailed paragraph here, but the pinch is I ended up waiting for over 30mins for someone to talk to me... I was on the verge of walking out, but I had committed in my mind to buy a new TV. * The software suite is a bit heavier in this new 2021 model as it was in my 55" 2015 model. (I thought that one was too much too) I hate having to navigate tons of "apps" I do not want or will ever use to get to the ones I do use. TL/DR: Great TV, Great picture, BestBuy service is still horrible at times, bloatware pays the bills for the tech manufacturers. Go buy one!

We wanted to go to 75inch but after looking at both tv side by side this tv is awesome color is sharp and bright. Sports look great all i need in a tv this tv has.

This tv has a great picture, easy set up, 4 hdmi ports, lot# of apps. I really don’t need my Roku, Apple TV, or fire stick. I have several Samsung TVs, always found them reliable

Easy setup. Excellent picture with crystal clear viewing. Contrast great with rich colors. Sound quality fully acceptable. Remote control very user friendly.

The T.V. works well with my game system. Viewing angles are great and this t.v. is much brighter that my previous TCL. I have Xfinity and I noticed sometimes the picture is jittery and faster moving objects are not fluid or clear. My old TCL did not have the jittery issue. Not sure is the frame rate has anything to do with it. My Xfinity is 60 htz and this tv is 120 htz. I have set everything that can be to auto. Sound quality is ok. I would recommend an external speaker system or sound bar for a much better experience. I am sure there are better t.v. options for the price. I did try trouble shooting suggestions to resolve the issues and I do not see a noticeable improvement. I would recommend since I don't know what is causing the image jitter and moving object clarity issues. I will contact Geek Squad for troubleshooting advice. Maybe there is something else that I can do to fix the issues. If issues are resolved I will update my review.

The TV is great, exactly what I was looking for. Price was great as well and the staff was awesome and super helpful. The Squad sent to install was also amazing. Especially Robert.

Had been comparing TV’s for some time. Happened to be checking Best Buy when this TV was advertised on sale. I had looked at it before but was didn’t purchase cause if price. They changed real quickly

The picture quality is amazing! I chose this TV for the 120 hertz refresh rate. The picture is smooth and doesn't have any jutters or pixilation.

So far we love this tv. It was a replacement under Best Buy extended warranty. Complete transaction was flawless. Brandon (from geek squad) came to our home. Brandon was professional and knowledgable. Marisa (Best Buy store associate) was courteous, knowledgeable, patient and truly committed to help us get the right tv. Awesome picture, vibrant colors and outstanding blacks. Hook up was easy. Game play and sports were a priority and this unit is perfect. No lag or jitter. This is my first 4K television and I researched for over a year. You just can’t beat Samsung quality. The only downside is the internal sound system is not up to the video quality however I hooked up to my Klipch sound bar and all is good. Wasn’t aware of the solar remote when I purchased but look forward to not having to search for batteries. All in all I am very happy with this purchase. Best Buy financing and pricing was a bonus!

Excellent picture, connected right away with our Samsung sound bar. Easy to use and set up. We almost didn’t stick with Samsung but are very happy we did.

I bought this TV for my son because he loved the TV that I have which is just like this one. Beautiful color and perfect size, I won't buy any other TV but Samsung!

I had wanted a QLED for a long time and it does not disappoint. The clarity and intense colors make movie night a blast. And the refresh rate is incredible for gaming.

I had an issue originally with the return process. However Zach the manger was able to get it all fixed and was very professional and helpful.

TV is great. Has great viewing angles and has plenty of built in Apps. You can download the Spectrum TV App on this TV. Meaning you dont need a cable box to watch your cable subscription.

Absolutely awesome TV. Clear and so easy to work with. Apps preloaded and I can stream from my phone! This is a perfect upgrade for us.

Very user friendly and crystal clear picture. Very impressed. Have had it for 2 months and really enjoy it. Easy to use out of the box.
