QLED is the better all-rounder, but OLED technology excels when you can control your room’s lighting. Samsung QLED gives better HD picture quality at an affordable price and Theatre experience. However, Samsung's QLED has better customer support and reliable product compared to LG and SONY. Definitely a BUY.

I use it with my Series X. 4K@120 Feels amazing. Only issue I had was VRR/FreeSync issues with it where it starts flickering but I simply leave it off for now. Small fix I found was cold rebooting the TV with the remote by holding the power button for 5 seconds and the flickering is gone (note it only happens in loading screens or fade to black screens when gaming with vrr enabled)

Wow, the picture quality is incredible. The built-in features have come a long way. Since this unit is full array, it has great image quality from any seat in the room. The sound isn’t terrible but doesn’t come close to the old Samsung Plasma we had. We have a Bose sound bar and that really adds what’s lacking. The remote is so small! I really recommend this TV!

The maximum sound volume is not as loud as I would like it. In fact, the sound of some movies are a little low. Recommend purchasing additional sound system, speaker system, ect to increase sound. Quality of picture is good, but it does not look as clear and bright as it looked in the store. I believe the store’s system and movie selection is designed to show a clearer and brighter picture as a selling tool. Therefore, you can not expect the same picture quality you see in the store.
