Great tv and price!

We haven't had it very long but we love the ease which we are able to switch between inputs, the picture quality, and how we able to seamlessly sync it to our existing components. We have ours hooked up to a sound bar so I don't know much about the tv's original sound quality.

Not very sturdy base for 65” tv size.

I only had it for 2 yrs when it broke. The base of the tv is in the middle which makes is not very stable. It tends to easily move side to side when I move the tv stand to clean etc. I will look for a tv that has the “feet” on each end instead of a base in the middle.

Superb TV!

The only slight negative is that it has a bit of “clouding” but it’s not something that should keep you from getting this tv. It is the best bang for the buck! I prefer LED over OLED due to OLED’s burn in risk.

Our new smart tv

Sound and very clear picture. We purchased this because it was a smart TV. The tv was a good price and we always have excellent customer service at Best Buy. We really like the size of the tv as well, it fits perfect in the space we had for it.
