Great tv. Picture is great. No reflection from bright rooms. Views well at any angle. Fit and finish is nice . Samsung tv plus is nice.

Excellent TV, Rich of features and ease of operation. I upgraded from a 2013 Samsung smart TV and this is a pretty good upgrade after 8 years. Rightly priced as well

Great picture, clear and sharp. We bought the 65" and it is the perfect size. All of our TVs are Samsung and we have several, never disappointed.

Good TV for the price , so far no complaints I can see . The colors are vivid and sharp. Sound is decent , would recommend a sound bar.Shipping was on point.

Great picture. Surprisingly good sound. Great looking; ultra thin with center stand. I did tons of research and ended up with the right TV.

The only negative is it’s layout of the graphic user interface and the limitations of the remote control. Switching from apps to broadcast channels to sling is awkward.

We love our new Samsung 65" TV. The color and picture is amazing. We added a soundbar and the sound is incredible. Using the Geek Squad to install everything made it a breeze.

Its thin, sharp, and has great contrast. The remote with solar charging is a great accessory and paired seamlessly with the sound bar. Good stuff.

I purchased a Samsung 65" Q70A QLED TV and what I received was an absolute joke. Best Buy delivered this expensive TV wrapped in some paper—without even a proper box. No protection, no packaging, nothing that you'd expect when you're spending this much money. This is completely unacceptable for a product of this value. It looked like someone just tossed it around in the back of a truck and dropped it off. No care, no professionalism. Best Buy clearly doesn’t care about their customers or the condition of what they're delivering. I’ll never be buying anything from them again, and I strongly advise others to avoid Best Buy if you care about getting your products in proper, safe condition. This was my last purchase with them. What a shame.

Excellent picture and bright enough to show well in a very "sunny" room. Very thin. Needs a good sound bar or surround system to complement.

Brightness has been amazing and amazingly thin. Apps on tv work faster than expected for a tv. Recently got a sound bar to complete the experience. Do wish the controller had better buttons to quickly pause a video instead of having to click around to pause or fast forward.

Excellent TV and the geek squad helped me to set-up. I would recommend this TV the picture is real . Also the sound is very to up the volume, I would buy this TV again. Love it

Love this tv and all it’s built in features. Great picture quality, makes gaming and binge watching all my shows that much more entertaining.

Very bright, low reflection, very thin, super sharp picture. Excellent value. Be sure to buy a soundbar, I went with the Yamaha YAS-209BL and am very happy with the combination.

The Samsung 65” has a very good clear picture. Voice command to changes channels is a great. I don’t have to look for channels on the remote.

The only thing that I do not like about this tv so far is that I cannot adjust the aspect ratio on any of the streaming platforms. For 4k/HD movies I lose about 8 to 10 inches of viewing 'surface' from the dreaded 'black bars' at the bottom and top of the screen. It's annoying, I don't like it. Even on my old LG UHD tv that was a third of the price of this one - I can adjust on almost every streaming movie/tv show or old DVD. Minor thing that I truly hope is addressed in future software updates.
