There is some odd flashing that happens when menu switching, but not during any gameplay or any other serious time. Tv and movies look fantastic of course. Knockoing off a star because occasionally it doesn't pick up my Samsung soundbar (fiber connected). It's rare, but still... Happy with the purchase for sure.

The best buy experts in store answered all my husbands questions and there were A LOT of them. Get the sound bar, it is a must. Bundled we got $50 off a nice sound bar and no interest on both for 24 months!

We had heard how impossible they were to get -,big delays, etc but through Beat Buy made it simple and quick. Our 2 TVs and sound bars are terrific. The delivery, installation and operation of these TVs are all wonderful. So glad we shopped at Best Buy.

Programs shown on tv’s in store are probably filmed with cameras that really demonstrate the features of these tv’s. Unfortunately such cameras are not necessarily used in filming tv programs for typical viewing thus the performance of the tv is not the same you see in the store. For the $1,000+ we spent to get the “better” tv I would rather have kept our older one.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the picture quality of your Q70A TV. If the picture you are seeing out-of-the-box is not to your liking, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.
You can select the Picture Mode that provides the best viewing experience. Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
1) Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
3) Movie: Is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.
You can also go to: Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > to manually fine tune your image.
