    I always buy Samsung TV's. This TV was an upgrade to replace another that was 10 yrs old and still working fine but I wanted the Apps and to get rid of cable.. It does not disappoint.

    65" Samsung, works great. Had a small issue setting it up, user error, and Geek Squad came over and within minutes, the tv was up and running. Great service, great tv.

    Associate was very helpful and patient. When I went to get paper and pen to write some things down - it ended up being a manager that gave it to me and also helped. Great service!!!

    Some what disappointed. Picture quality and sound quality leave a lot to be desired. Picture doesn't seem to be crisp and accurate. The sound quality is very disappointing and very low volume. My sound bar (different brand) helps, but not what I expected.

      We greatly value the details you provided in your review regarding the sound quality of your new Q70A TV. Your TV features Object Tracking Sound Lite which tracks the action with strategically placed dynamic speakers and Adaptive Sound which automatically adjusts audio to enhance everything from dialogue to music and sports.

      You can select a sound mode that you prefer for a content type or your listening environment. Go to: Settings > Sound > Sound Mode

      You can also customize sound with Expert Settings. Go to: Settings > Sound > Expert Settings

      Additionally, there are image adjustments you can make to optimize your picture to suit your preferences. Your TV has several Picture Modes to choose from allowing you to enjoy content in optimal conditions. Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode

      You can also go to: Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Contrast Enhancer to manually fine tune your image.

    Great tv. Upgraded from old 55” Samsung with fire stick to this 65” smart tv. Had to find all passwords to accounts and sign in to them but it was worth it.

    I'd give it 5 stars except for the remote control. The IR in the controller has limited range when using it to operate my cable box. The remote that came with the cable box has excellent range. I don't enjoy using two remotes.

    This TV is okay for the price. Picture quality is fair and sound is good. The only downside is that you have to charge the remote like you would your cell phone and no usb charging cable is included.

    Misled on TV Condition, Bad Customer Service

    TV is fine. Bought from Best Buy, open box, excellent condition. It did not have a remote or power cord. Had to go back to store to get them. They gave me a power cord that did not fit in the indented section in the back of the TV and the remote was old, scuffed up with dead batteries. Customer service said that's all we got, take them or pack up the TV and return it to us. Not in excellent conditon or good customer service
