Was great until warranty expired then died

Most companies would take care of this, since the tv is one of many and was not unboxed and installed with 11 months of use. My date of purchase makes it 13months so out of warranty. I think am thinking about a Sony, once I here what a repair might cost.

I'm sorry to hear of the power issues you're experiencing with your Q70A TV. The 1-year manufacturer warranty is valid from the original date of purchase. We also guarantee 90 days from the date of repair. So, for example, your unit was serviced near the end of your warranty period, your TV would still be covered for 90 days for the same symptom.

Broke within firdt 4 hours

Issues with video within 4 hours of installers leaving. Power cycling. Would not load apps. After a few days of this it just completely stopped working. Did system video test and it would crash. I would say I got a lemon. Waiting for exchange currently.

Solar remote control breaks

I expected Samsung to stand behind their product better than this. Sad

Speaker issue

Hopefully I can use warranty for a replacement for this kind of money there should be no sound issues.

If your sound is cutting out when connected via HDMI to an external audio device, the HDMI cable is most likely the cause. We recommend you replace the HDMI cable with a High-Speed cable with Ethernet Channel, labeled as HEC or HEAC on the cable.

Limited Apps and Average Sound

We cannot get the app so it is going back. Also the sound quality without our Sony surround is average at best. Picture quality and low glare brings this up to average. Most of my friends watch MLB so they wouldn’t want this TV

For optimal motion image performance, you may want to adjust the picture clarity setting by going to: Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Picture Clarity Settings
- Off: Picture Clarity Settings will always be off
- Auto: Picture Clarity Settings will automatically activate and deactivate based on the type of program being watched
- Custom: Allows custom adjustments and settings to be used. By selecting the Custom option, you can access these advanced settings for Judder Reduction, LED Clear Motion, and Noise Reduction.
