    Good tv with many functions i still need to familiarize myself with. Dont like the fact that controlling volume is a pain...no idea of the intensity you are changing to. Glad the Geek Squad told us that while adjusting there would be no volume and that it would take awhile to come back! Guess I am stuck with it.

      You can select the Picture Mode that provides the best viewing experience. Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
      1) Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
      2) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
      3) Movie: Is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
      4) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
      5) Filmmaker Mode: You can watch the source content (e.g., movie) as it is. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

      You can also go to: Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > to manually fine tune your image.

    The Picture quality at purchase was not an issue and I liked the tv. However, 10 days after the warranty was up I now have a green vertical line running down the center of the screen. Contacted Samsung and of course it’s out of warranty and they will not fix it for free. Ok that’s fair. They at first said they will find a repair place locally and get in touch with me after they found one. Then a week later informed me they would not and that they would no longer be helping me find a solution. Wow, thanks Samsung. I have 1k tv with a green line and no help from the manufacturer. Caution.

    The lights went out on 1/10/23. Best BUy won't fix/replace it cause I didn't buy EPP. Samsung is telling me I have no repair service in my area (NEWARK), Put in 2nd request. Never had a problem with any SAMSUNG till now.

    The TV is beautiful. Great Picture. The one big problem I have with it is the clicking and crackling sound the TV makes from what I presume to be thermal expansion. It's extremely annoying and distracting

    The TV screen goes completely BLACK for 5-10 seconds. This is the 2nd of this model to do that. During the black screen you loose whatever program was playing. Very aggravating for a NEW $1000.00 TV.

    Screen appeared as if there were a film over it and the poor viewing angle info is correct. The colo was hatd to tune in with yellows hard to tone down. I returned this TV and will spend the extra for and LG C1 or a Sony A80j
