After 2 months this TV turned off and I'm still trying to get my TV changed or for a technician to come to my house…. Samsung has the worst services

Got this yesterday, Very nice picture and sound. The reason for a 4 star is it tilts forward, it's not straight and the stand is kinda spooky. It's only being held by 4 SMALL screws and as stated it leans forward just enough to make you think eventually this things going to break. We will see. Other than that very nice.

Great TV for the price point. Easy setup, clear picture and no motion blur. Would definitely buy again if needed.

The picture is great, the set up is easy, was able to connect everything to the included smart remote, and the price was reasonable.

My new Samsung TV is the one I have ever owned. It is easy to use. I really enjoy the vivid colors and great sound quality. I enjoy how easy the remote is to use and the rechargeable battery. No more looking for batteries, the TV even tells me when I need to charge up the remote. I love my new Samsung.

Amazing color. Great picture quality. Incredibly glare resistant. Great smart phone connectivity and a smooth interface that is constantly getting better. No extra sound attachments and still loud enough to fill the room.

Great tv overall, my only issue has been with some live tv stations as they don’t seem to be putting out even 1080p on some of their streaming feeds. When watching football on CBS the faraway shots look horrid and very pixelated. Some live tv is blurry and peoples faces have a weird red color to them no matter how much color adjusting I do. The tv is excellent with streaming content and has a slew of apps. We also purchased a Samsung Q series surround sound system and I love that it allows for the tv speakers to pair with the surround sound, so there’s even more high quality sound. Would definitely recommend

Awesome picture. I have an Xbox series x and playing games in 120fps instead of 60fps is amazing and smooth. And the sound quality is a 3. It sounds like I have surround sound installed when watching 4k movies.

Excellent picture. it was easy to set up. controls are easy and understandable. using the stand but a wall mount may be in the future. TV was recommended because of a lot of lighten the room. it does not impact the picture at all.

The TV has excellent picture quality. It was easy to set up and pair with our sound system. Modifying the displayed apps was intuitive. I love the feature of auto adjusting picture based on lighting in the room.

I have this TV in my living room and it is perfect! Great picture quality, very quick interface, very easy to use. This TV is set directly in front of a window, and though you can still see glare, the TV still looks great.

The clarity on this tv is amazing and I never see glare anymore. The colors are rich and I absolutely love this tv!!!

This was a replacement for a two year old QLED that started acting up right before the warranty expired. Lucky me. I don’t use all the “smart” features but the picture quality is great and it’s easy to use. Plus, the replacement price was right- free. Still, if it had been out of warranty, this would have been the TV I would have replaced it with because for the money, it’s a good deal.

I replaced my 8 year old Samsung 63" curved TV with a floor model Q80C QLED 4K UHD Smart Tizen. Got a swingin' deal for this great TV! Awesome clarity and color - a big step up from the tech of old :-) I used some of my floor-model savings on a 5 year warranty, so I'm feeling really good about my viewing future!

This TV was purchased as an open box in "excellent condition". We were evaluating several TVs and settled on this one in new condition but we saw one that was open box in excellent condition and figured we could give it a chance, plus if it worked out we would save about $500. There were some concerns in regards to the stand falling out the bottom due to the box being poorly taped (the 14 day return policy gave us some comfort to buy knowing we could return if needed) but those concerns quickly dissolved when we fully unvoxed the TV to discover that this TV clearly never used and essentially brand new! The TV itself is a huge upgrade from my 49" TCL which could not do blacks well at all which frustrated me from time to time. All of the colors on this TV are sharp and 4K video is very fluid. The smart side of the TV works flawlessly which is a huge leap from my Roku which was struggling to connect to my WiFi at times which has been a known problem with older Rokus. The only downside is, if you're a gamer, that there is a small amount of input lag which would be noticeable in more intense FPS games. If you're more of a casual gamer, this TV will be just fine. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this TV to anyone. In terms of sound, I rarely use the built in sound since I have a sound system but the few times where the built in sound was used, I felt it was above average for most built in TV speakers.

Our new 65" Samsung smart tv was delivered yesterdat 8-23,2023 the guys did a great job setting it up and explaining how to use it. The picture has a beautiful sharp vibrant color. LOVE IT

It is a great TV for the price. It has some blooming, which is especially visible when there are black edges on the screen (like letterbox edges). But the TV has very vibrant colors and smooth action scenes processing. The UI is simple to navigate and calibrating the colors with my Galaxy phone via the app was a breeze. Paired it with the Samsung sound bar and it looks and sounds amazing.

watching Netflix as I type. I like the T.V. good picture easy remote nice price. I am happy with it.

Movies and gaming is excellent. 4k HDR has amazing picture and color.

Jump into the screen and feel like you’re there. The colors are amazing when it’s night or during the daylight hours. And our TV is in a bright room. The refresh rate is beyond anything I’ve owned to date when watching sports. I wanted a step up with full array capabilities. For the price, you will get more from this television than anything else out there. That’s my experience, of course.
