    Bought this during the Prime Day sales. So far the TV works great. The single input into the TV makes this a very simple mounting process, no need for 10 inputs to make their way into the TV. I honestly don't know if the quality is any better than the old Q900, or the other in the QX0 series.

    I have only had this tv installed a couple of weeks now. So far I am thoroughly enjoying in. I am still working on fine tuning it to get the ultimate performance. I still have not accessed all the features, but will eventually get there.

    Was looking to purchase this tv as an upgrade to my entertainment area. When it went on sale I jumped to purchase it. The tv looks amazing and the free sync game mode works great with first person shooters. Highly recommend it.

    Eric was a great salesman@Champaign,IL store. The tv came sooner than we were told. The reviews of this tv complained of speakers phuting with extreme bass. We have not experienced that. Super happy with our purchase&your service.

    This TV is a replacement for a curved 65 in. Samsung TV, which was also a replacement for another 65 in. curved Samsung TV. I hope this one is a keeper. the audio on this one is an improvement on the other two.

    I regret spending the money I did for this TV. The sound quality was so poor I was forced to invest in a sound bar, that’s a whole other let down. The TV has a difficult time staying connected to wifi. And brightness changes all the time without any shift in the room lighting.

    One of the worst tv's I have ever purchased.it is so bright that it makes people's face glow like they have baby oil on there face. I have a $100 dollar hdmi cable connected to it and it still has motion problems. Adjusted the picture settings still can't get it to look decent. Has lagging issues even on the built in apps. Really the only thing that looks decent is animated movies in my opinion. Not satisfied at all for what i paid for it and can not return it because of the Coronavirus going on right now.

    excellent TV bought the q60 and returned it for the q90. This TV has better anti glare, and for a window lit room this is a must. I also play consol on the TV and game mode helps with that.

    Difficulty getting things done on time

    We ordered an entertainment center and a cooktop at the same time. We had a trip already planned and told Best Buy about it. The TV and related equipment showed up on time and is performing well. We couldn’t be happier. The cooktop has not arrived yet. BB’s Geek squad did not show up for the premeasure as promised and had to be rescheduled. The guy who finally arrived almost reported that we didn’t have the electrical service or counter space because he didn’t know how to take measurements or read an electrical panel. We have been told that installation must be done on a Friday. When trying to schedule the installation they gave us a Tuesday. It’s still not installed and we are not confident we have it scheduled. In addition, when trying to find out why the pre-measurement didn’t happen the first time and needing to reschedule the installation due to a death in the family, we were given wrong information several times and disconnected after being on hold at least four times.

    Had a 2012 version of this tv. Cut the cable cord and wanted a newer version with all the current streaming apps. This newer model fit the bill. Relatively easy to set-up. Very happy so far.

    Our last Samsung didn’t last a year so we were hesitant about getting another. So far, it’s amazing. We are rewatching some movies just to see the difference. We also got the Best Buy warranty
