Many customers rave about the exceptional picture quality, even after several years of use. The one connect box is also a popular feature, making it easy to connect and manage devices. The TV is only a week old so I don’t know the reliability yet but I will post again when the tv is older. The picture is beautiful, I’m a fanatic with picture quality, the only reason I didn’t buy the Sony Oled which they say is the best TV on the market is because of the price. My only complaint would be the black contrast is so dark. Dark movies are so so dark but with no noise in the picture at all. But if you are looking for a tv that doesn’t have such a deep black then I would go with the Sony 950. Movies that are dark are ridiculously dark. This is my only complaint so far though. Bright colors pop off the screen and even with the sun hitting the screen from 4 windows in my house there is hardly a glare on the screen the TV is so bright

We upgraded our 55" Samsung to the 65" Q90. I spent a lot of time online comparing different models and finally decided on the Q90. A big item was the one connect box. Having all the cables go into the box, including power, and just a really thin optic cable running to the TV is really nice. I didn't have to worry about cutting holes in the wall to hide cables. One issue though is when I turn on the TV it takes a while for the menu for our streaming services to come up. The other is the Fire Stick remote stopped working. Geek Squad coming out to trouble shoot. Hopefully minor issues. But the picture is really really nice.

We got this TV to get a newer unit for the living room. The colors are excellent and the screen is almost edge to edge. So far a really good TV! That's the good. The new remote, however, is a confusing, freaking disaster in my book. Luckily we use a Logitech universal, so at least we're sheltered from that. Overall, it's a good choice as long as you replace the remote.

Superb colors and definition. Easy to use smart TV. I can even display pictures as "artwork" as a screen saver / wallpaper. The one connect box is simple to plug in all your accessory devices without having to struggle reaching behind this TV. The sound quality is OK - but paired with the Samsung HW-Q80R soundbar makes this TV close to perfect!

There is definitely a difference in the 4k and up conversion compared to the lower entry 4k tvs. The colors are very bright compared to a non QLED TV. Overall picture is much better than a low end QLED but it's also much more costly. The reason for 4 stars is i was basing my expectations to the 55" Samsung art tv. The same non 4k programs did not look as good as i was expecting. Perhaps due to the screen size? I don't know. With all this said it's a very good tv. I got a great discount by getting the floor model and am happy with purchase.

Like many of the reviews have stated, you have to get acclimated to the TV and the settings. Do yourself a favor and watch various setups on YouTube and then choose the one that Best fits you, but ensure that you start your setup process while watching 4K on services like Netflix. I also recommend testing different methods of connecting to those services. For instance, when I used my Xbox, I still had some refresh rate issues but when I used the app within the TV apps, no issues at all. I personally believe the best picture quality setting is movie, but you have to go into the expert settings to get the Best color and brightness picture. I actually had the TV for several weeks feeling like I may have made the wrong choice, until I did my homework and found the correct settings. Again, do your homework because there are various settings you have to manipulate to get this TV at its best. Also, be assured that watching regular TV does not allow you to see what this TV is actually cable of. When you do get it right, you will see, as did I, that you made the right choice. Lastly, Best Buy cannot be beat on price and service and for that I’m grateful as well.

Great picture, but smart hub is not smart

The TV picture looks fantastic. Best blacks of any LCD TV. However; the smart hub to connect external devices via hdmi is not smart at all. I usually connect the tv to one hdmi cable and plug in all external devices (4k blue ray, Apple TV, etc) into the receiver. This “smart” hub does not recognize all external devices if the TV and surround sound are connected this way. Instead, you must connect each individual external device to the smart hub and receiver. This leads to tons of hdmi cables. Please consider this before buying a Samsung TV with the smart connect hub!!

After a lot of shopping around and research, I finally settled on the Samsung Q90R to replace my main TV in the living room. I was initially a little hesitant to buy, after reading about so many quality control issues with Samsung's QLED line since it launched a few years back, but I am happy to say that my Q90R is perfect. The universal remote is sleek, and the one connect box actually is quite convenient for hiding cords (however, be careful where you place it as it does run a little hot). The sound quality is way better than expected for a TV that is touted for it's picture, with a good amount of bass and clear dialogue I don't even need to pair it with a soundbar. Very happy with it overall.

I owned an older Samsung TV which I bought from Best Buy 13 years ago but it was time to let go. I did my research and landed on this beauty. Amazing TV, Streaming and gaming looks excellent. 4K movies look out of this world. Sound is Superb. I’m overall satisfied with this TV.

My TV before this was a Samsung 46" LCD 1080p TV that I paid $6500.00 for in 2003; the TV still works. I have been waiting for my 46" to stop working but it just hasn't. With that said I couldn't wait anymore and stepped up to this TV. I had a fairly good concept of the size difference, so I thought, however when I brought it home and set it up I was pleasantly surprised how much bigger 65" was from 46". This TV ROCKS. The picture is flawless. Initially I was like I am only going to buy an OLED TV, however OLEDs have a glossy glass screen. My room is very bright and you would see reflections on the screen which I did initially think about. The sales rep led to me to this Model and it has not let me down. The only thing I wish it did was have more apps you can download. I would like to be able to see my home security cameras through an app easier.

Looks great in a bright room unlike an LG C9 OLED I just returned. The ARC (audio return channel) worked perfect with my Denon receiver which is in a closet. Awesome picture when watching 4k Ultra movies thru my Xbox One X. Apps load way faster than my old samsung tv.

I've owned a 55" Q6 for years. I wanted to upgrade to a newer, larger 65". I'd always heard/read great reviews on the OLED tvs, so I decided to try them. 1st bought the LG C9 65" and hated the picture to returned it. Then tried the Sony A9G Master Series 65". Nice picture, but to be honest, had clunky operation, and to dark on some apps(unable to increase brightness). Returned that one. So, I decided to go back with Samsung, and chose the QLED 65" Q90R. This TV is simply amazing. The clarity is stunning, operating system great, and sound is great as well. Highly recommend buying this TV if you are looking for a replacement, or addition to your home.

Samsung Q90 TV has great detail and works fine in a room with lots of natural light. No glare at all. 4K really pops when streaming Netflix and makes my old Sony HD outdated. A little more than I wanted to pay, but the sale made it less expensive.

This being an upgrade from one of the original Samsung's Plasma TV's, it is a massive increase in quality. 4K Movies look like the actors are just behind the screen. Easy to configure, easy to operate.

Replacing my Samsung plasma for 4k, one of the reasons I chose Qled over Oled is because my room is on the bright side. As soon as I tweaked the Q90 I was stunned with the results. Picture quality is excellent even though my receiver does not support 4k ( just bought an Anthem MRX720 receiver that will) the picture is a remarkable improvement over my 1080p source (receiver). I have the TV mounted on the wall it looks like its floating, it has a very nice thin bevel. One thing I really like is that the screen is non-reflective, I remember seeing lots of reflections on my old TV, now I see a beautiful screen without distracting reflections. I'm very happy with my choice the Samsung Qled Q90r is an awesome TV.
